Is anyone else having trouble redeeming their pre-order bonuses?

I got the MVP edition and should get the diamond choice pack, 10k stubs, and ten packs, but it won’t give them to me. I’ve used the code and when I logged into the game and it asked me if I wanted to redeem the packs, it said I wasn’t able to do it. Does anyone know how to fix this??

You should have received 2 codes...one for pre-orders (from Gamestop) and one that came inside of the game's box. Have you redeemed both codes?
