Its moments like these that make me debate getting an one pass. You can't get the card offline because they set it just below the 50 requirement. I wish there were offline rquirments. Ex. Online hit 10 xbh, or 30 offline
Defeat the Tigers on All Star difficulty or higher gets you +8 and is offline if you don’t want to do the 3xbh.

Here is a vid of me busting it out in about 25 minutes, but boy was there a lot of frustration and head scratching moments.

Oops my bad. I just assumed there were enough points like some of the rest of them if ya beat their team on All Star. Not this one. You can still avoid the 3xbh if ya beat them on All Star, but you’ll still need to get hits with 3B or Tigers online if ya skip the 3xbh

I've done all the player programs, and none of them required online.

There is something evil with this moment.
Ive gotten HRs the first two at bats a dozen times but cant take their 55 rated reliever deep enough for a double. I hit the same ball that was a HR against the starter and it dies as a short fly ball. Then its just computer magic denying me until the game is over.
Ive never seen anything like it. 2 days of trying to get that 3rd XBH and i cant get it done.
Its like this moment is coded to stop me at all costs after the starter is taken out. Ive gotten called out at second when i was safe. Ive gotten called out on multiple check swings.....which we know rarely happens. Ive gotten screwed by low defense outfielders making incredible plays....and it seems like they give me a wiffle ball bat after inning 4.
Sorry. I just needed to vent.
Ive been frustrated at moments before....but it usually had to do with "stealing" or a contact hitter needing HRs.
This one has me wishing i had bought a physical copy of The Show 20 so i could set it on fire.

IDK, that Pham moment took me a couple of days. Lol.
Haha nasty to be sure, no doubt. I got REALLY lucky with that one, so Miggy wins hands down.

Me too. But if you want to skip the 3xbh on this one, you have to complete one of the online challenges.

I did that fairly ok, I had a harder time with the 3 hits one xbh, you know how it goes...5-5 all singles or 2-5 needing one single

I usually can't do any of these (still got Pence and Votto to do in the 9th) but found these surprisingly easy for some reason. Shame as Miggy doesn't even make my team - only got him for the 20 stars to get Griffey

They have all been that way. The win on all-star difficulty has never allowed you to skip a Moment. 42 points for Moments and 8 for the All-Star difficulty game for every single one. The only way to skip a Moment has been to go online for those missions.

I'm not stuck on this one because I refuse to even attempt it. I absolutely hate moments and Moments like 3 XBH are why. All the bad elements of Moments leads to getting so annoyed by the game I don't even want to play it. And I either finally finish it and shut my console off for a week because the game pissed me off or finally give up and not turn my console on for a week because it pissed me off.
I did all the other Moments in the program and just built a team in Events stacked with 3B and Candyman/Kaline to work on the Tigers' hits at the same time. As opposed to tilting myself with the Moment, I spent all day grinding Affinity maps and the event working on stats and spent most of my day playing. That wouldn't have happened if I even attempted the Moment. I didn't finish either of the online missions today. That was probably helped by the fact that I ran into plenty of people who just quit after hitting and didn't get as many ABs as I would have otherwise.
But I'm fairly close and will probably finish it the next time I sit down to play. I got a lot accomplished stat grind wise because I skipped that Moment. I would make a healthy suggestion to anyone struggling with it to the point of agony to skip it (at least for now) and just build a team in the Event and mindlessly grind away there. At least you can work on Prestige/missions there as well.

I went the online challenge route. I loaded up with 3rd basemen in my lineup and got matched up with a guy with all tigers in his lineup. We helped each other out. I will say the Miggy card kind of sucks. I can get him to get any exit velocity. I would be excited if he hit a hard ground ball.

I found Miggy's sweet spot to be about the 4 o'clock position in the strike zone. Took me several tries but finally got it done with a little luck.

Wow, just starting this moment. How awful...What is wrong with SDS? Mostly a good game, but many missions have been flat out miserable. I've probably been trying this for 2 hours tonight and still haven't completed it. I'd rather have the Nava mission from 18. Please get rid of missions for 2021. At this point, I never want to use his card again.
