Who is your firstbaseman?
-
Babe Ruth
-
Sorry Babe took Franks spot and hes hasnt moved. Paul G and Votto have been fun using once in a while. I think Castellanos has 1B secondary, love his swing. Give him a try
-
Ortiz lately, I also run Muncy and Musial there though.

Thomas rakes for me but is so slow. I actually keep going back to Bellinger. Outside of Ruth, who do you guys have there?
Well, I run Ruth these days, but at various times I've had Prestige XP Path Lightning Thames, Thome, Sig Jackie Robinson, Sig Boggs, Awards Daniel Murphy, and Awards Stan out there at 1b. Babe is the real deal, though.
-
I actually use Foxx right now at 1st but gonna be Ruth soon. Foxx will most likely go behind the plate after that. Might also try Steve Pearce.
-
Ruth is the best but Thames is solid and also Thome
-
Before I quit this game, Thome was the MVP 1st Basemen. Was a fun ride.
-
Great Bambino
-
Babe. And then if a LHP is on the mound I move Babe to RF (for Harper right now) and Frank goes to 1B. This way I essentially use Babe to platoon Harper & Frank who mash opposite handed pitching.
-
Babe, Musial and Ortiz
-
Babe but I'll throw Kaline over there if I'm struggling against a lefty, but babe doesn't really struggle
-
Very small sample but Pearce has a great swing and gold defense. So far 9-18 with 6 hr. Will keep him in until he cools off.

George Brett

Yeah I got so mad at one of the last Ruth games I played. Up 2 with two outs, one one. He rolls one to my shortstop and for some reason he boots it. Next pitch, curve ball outside of the strike zone for a 3 run walk off. Might have to give it a try again though.
-
I was stuck with Ruth, or Musial at first, but with the new Finest Jaimer I can plug that hole in the lineup.
Still hoping for a Finest Yamamoto so I can finally drop that [censored] Orel from my rotation.

Bagwell/Helton platoon
-
Lou Gehrig
-
Thome might be the best bang for the buck card I've used in the game. I've tried to replace him a few times and he finds himself back in the lineup every time. I hit lefties better than his stats show too.
-
The Big Hurt. Not only is he a no-doubt top 10 bat, but his height helps on both line drives and high throws. If he gets a single with less than two outs, then you pinch run.
Both Musial and Ruth are lefties so at the very least, Thomas against every leftie.
