I think the point is to have fun with them. The Bo card is maybe the only legit card of the bunch. A lot of the hitters can mash but are really slow or not great defensively. Most of the pitchers have good pitch selection and per 9s, but have less than ideal velocity. I like that it gives us playable cards from teams or players we like that otherwise wouldn't have a high diamond card.

For the last couple of years, I’ve made a second account where I don’t allow myself to use meta cards or any card that cost more than 30k. It’s crazy, I always have more fun and play more on the second account. Last year I made ws for the first time with a lineup of dudes like Kyle Farmer, Lars Nootbar, and Max Schrock.

Play events. If you lose the first game, at least you know you will playing someone else who lost their first one

I swear you two seem to never have played online. Most players use PCI to hit. The fact that PCI doesn't garrentee a homer is great. There has to be a balance between skill and stats of the player card and RNG. Other wise there would be no no players of a lower rating. Everyone would be 800+

Also on a strikeout with runners going, I threw to third to try to get the runner. The pitch was middle in, the batter takes off for first like it’s a dropped third strike - everyone was safe and the announcer was talking about a dribbler on the infield

What’s up with some plate appearances getting four strikes? Happened in my favor yesterday and I was like well maybe it was a foul tip? But then in events last night, the third strike was a called strike, but the announcer called it a 2 - 2 count.
