The teaser video didn't show any card art, but there was 1 section where there were 3 side by side animations, the first of which looked like it may be rookie Jr. era in the old light blue Mariners jerseys.
Merely a guess, but what else do we have to do but create wild theories for the next few days?

Jackie Program is an evolution program. Start with a lower rated card and it continues to upgrade as you complete the program.
Similarly the Pudge, Eddie Mathews, Carlos Gonzales and Dennis Eckersley programs are evolution.

Well if it’s an evolution program then there are going to end up being like 6 of him either way. I figured this way maybe it might just by 2 or 3 similar but different 99 level versions of him (like an awards, a SS, and a prime for example) instead of a few lower cards nobody will use once they have the 99.

I love theories, but I seriously doubt that's the way this goes. 300 star programs are pretty much a staple by this point in the games history. If they release a player program, great, but it wouldn't be an inning program (see Jackie, Fathers day, etc.)

I think this program will be like the Finest program from 2017 where you will have to complete stat mission for ever series in the game

If Griffey is only boss in 10th inning program, it’s just not a great idea. He’s already in the game. It’d be fine if he’s one of 3 choices. Where’s Mays? Hopefully Mays isn’t a WS or BR reward.

I just dont want 3 different Griffeys for this program i want 1 god card.

Might be 3 different versions of Griffey as the boss. Maybe a prime..sig..and awards. All would have different attributes so you choose which one you want. In the teaser they did have 3 Griffeys all in a row. Just a possibilty.

This is actually a great guess, I was trying to think of how they could release 3 versions of the same card
A fielding/speed oriented card, a power/contact oriented card, or a balanced card.
I think this might be it, and the idea is kind of growing on me.
It is kind of weird to only have boss, that could mean they want people to save stubs for the TA4, but that doesn't make sense... So, I think, having 3 bosses, the same guy, spread across 3 different periods in his career makes sense... I like the idea, and honestly it lets you pick the attributes you value the most.
Top end speed and fielding priority maybe from his younger years, a bit slower but more of a power priority with better contact than the HRD card, and then a balanced card like a career avg...

What you described would be cool! But.......it’s SDS, they will screw it up somehow.
