Finding a game in RS (Home Hunters)

Man you should have been around back when you could see which hand the pitcher used to throw! Good luck getting a a game with Kershaw or Sale.
I actually think they should bring this back now since it can be countered with the use of openers. Let them stack their entire lineup with lefties only to find out you are only throwing Wade Davis for 3 batters then Chris Sale is coming out.

I played then. I could also pitch until 18 came out. Pitching has been downhill and non existent since.

Preach. I get tired of saying it.

Do you think this would be fixed if the away team chose the field

The advantage is quite ridiculous played some guy 2 times in like 5 games he beat me at home 5 -1 I made him rage quit in the 2nd inn when I was at home. The [censored] lag for the outfield is the worst running opposite way to the ball ....

I never cared if I was the away team until like you said guys use it as an advantage bc you can’t see. I also had games that were so laggy they were nearly impossible to play. The issue is one or two losses can set you back so far
I wish they would implement some sort of connection test.

This problem would go away if they started matching people up based on internet connection. I do this but only back out if its super laggy when I scroll up and down.
The game is unplayable when the guy on the other end is playing on budget wifi -

. They need to make every stadium play the same, I can win or lose a game depending on the stadium and time of day that’s chosen. Weather, sun in my batting view, and rain need to be eliminated.
I was with you for the first part of your statement but that last part is honestly dumb. In real life different ballparks play differently. Coors field is going to play differently than AT&T park. in real life due to many different reasons including elevation so it is only right that that is represented in the game. Get rid of weather??? Are you crazy??? Have you never played baseball in real life??? The weather is not always going to be perfect, sun in your batting view is a real thing and there are other obstacles that you have to deal with playing real baseball. Why would they eliminate it for the game??? Makes no sense.

I've just started hitting the 700's consistently so I've been playing better players, and I'm noticing some things.
I try to play most of my games as the home team but once in awhile, if there seems like there isn't a whole lot of lag at the pitcher select screen I'll go ahead and play as away. It's also getting harder and harder to find a game as the home team the higher you go.- These "better players" tend to have some angle.
For example I just played a guy with a ws banner that played in a mlb park, a little glitchy but no matter what I couldn't catch his fastballs. He was scoreless through 8 till he hit a few singles into gaps and got a run across. I lost 1-0. I would think a ws level player would score more and have a better showing against me, I'm not really that good.
I've played guy's who start a lefty in stadiums with bad glare over their left shoulder, and the flamethrower in mlb parks seems to be popular too.
- Most of the really really good players I play are so good they don't care whether or not they're home or away, they just crush everything.
So it's kind of hit and miss. yes you get a fairer game, or maybe a slight advantage in playing home (assuming you have good internet, if you have bad internet you probably have a bigger advantage). But you're level of competition actually seems to be a bit better because you're either getting murderers or guys that have gotten better because they may not know about the home/away issue and have been playing handicapped and have had to overcome that.
On the other side I do tend to get more disconnect wins when I host just because my internet is fast and rock solid.

I guess my point is, I've played quite a few games where someones angle seems to make a difference, however slight... In a 1-0 game even a small advantage makes a difference.
