In my second attempt at getting past the final Extreme Showdown, Larry hit a rocket of a double and a 3-run HR. So... buy him, right? I'm very happy with Trout, and Mantle is coming around a bit for me. Cobb is OK, but... tell me I'll love Larry the best...

I've kept Walker in nearly every team build I've made since I got him in the 5th inning. Great card.

I can see how someone wouldn't have chosen him in 5th inning, thought. Mo and Ortiz were both really good choices as well. Walker, Mo, and Ortiz are a tough choice to make.

Walker has been a beast for me since day 1
I keep telling myself I’m going to swap Cobb in over him for a few games but I just can’t bring myself to take him out of the lineup

I have a god squad and he’s my best card. Hitting around .550 with him online. Also a diamond defender in RF.

He's really expensive now, but yes, he's a great card to grab. He's been in RF since I got him. He slumped a little recently (More like I slumped), but now that I'm focusing with him, he's back to mashing the ball.

I've used him iver 500 at bats and hes great. Thats the prestige version. Only recently i took him out to play with yelich. Not because he did anything wrong just wanna use yelich.

Walker is a top 3 Card in in the game in my my opinion and certainly the MVP of my team. I hate facing him on other teams too seems like everyone hits well with him and there doesn’t seem to be any weaknesses in his swing to exploit as a pitcher.

I picked Mo, then finally caved and bought him last month.
I screwed up picking Mo.

I picked Mo. Sold him as I was still working toward Mantle.
Eventually got him back like a month later. Finally bought Walker like 2 weeks after that.
Was sad I waited this long to get Walker. He is a God among men and probably my best hitter. That man will never leave my lineup along with Mantle. All other OF options at this point are a waste to me or bench bats.

Need? No. He's great don't get me wrong, but if you've got Mantle and Trout you can plug any one of the other great fielders in that 3rd spot. Cobb, POTM Bellinger, Yelich, Babe, Williams, Turner, Buxton, Castellanos, Reggie, Biggio, Sheffield.
All 3 of those bosses (Mo, Walker, Ortizzle) are high cost now, because all 3 are great.
Walker is pretty fantastic though. Better than pretty much everyone I named, but arguably not 200k better.

It's a very good point that Mantle+Trout+?=OP Outfield, and the "?" is a pretty open ended and deep pool for choosing from.

Still working on Trout (need 4 postseason cards), but once I pick him up Walker is going to the bench. Mantle and Trout are definitely better thank Walker, and I'm planning to keep Ted Williams in LF until Griffey because he's the best hitter in the game IMO. I like Larry, but at times it feels like he has a noodle bat for me. I'd much rather rock with Mantle, Trout, and Williams/Griffey.

I haven't used Cobb though, he looks like a really good card but I don't really have the desire to use him over other guys. The only reason to use Cobb over Walker would be speed, but Larry still has around 80 speed and is far superior in the field.

I won't use walker. I have a mental issue, if I hate the player in real life or as in walkers case(I hated) in real life. I don't use them
