TA stage question??? Please

So I have every team to stage 2 and want to get started on getting them to stage 4. I have about 150k to spend. Do you guys think it’s a better idea to just buy some silvers and cheap golds or buys packs since there 50% off. I’m not trying to make stubs I just want to finish some stages and hopefully break even. Thanks for any advise

Buy cards you need, not packs. Half price packs have silver cards much cheaper in the market. You could probably get 3-4 silvers for the cost of one pack even at half price.

Buy the players. Values have dropped, because of the pack sale. Buying packs is never a good option fyi

There are several players that are now 5000 in Stubbs and worth 100000. Buy those guys. Saves you a ton of time.

Pre pack sale I was doing exchanges somewhere between 4-6k per team. Now it’s between 2-5k per team, but getting some decent(not even good pulls) from TA packs I break even or make stubs doing exchanges.

Yes, you waste 50K exchange value but you save on time and I think the stubb cost is about the same. 5K in stubbs gets you the entire exchange all in one shot instead of having to put in orders for a bunch of dudes.

I used to buy (13) 78 Silvers + (1) 63 Bronze + (6) 51-60 Lows, but it becomes really time consuming. I’ve started doing (4) 83 Golds + (3) 51-60 Lows. It’s way faster and it equals exactly 50,000 for the Rival Exchange. Also, this is a perfect time do it too (due to the pack sale).

Why? Those cards are well worth OVER 50,000 exchange points and your paying on avg 5K each.
But if you buy 4 78s (300 each: 1200), 6 77s (200-250 each: 1200-1500), and 7 76s (150 each: 1050), you can get 50,000 exchange points for around 3-4K. Plus your not wasting points

You're right. However, my I don't always have time to buy up the silvers, etc to do it. My limit is now 5k now that I've got more stubs to play with.

I got two more teams until 100% across the board. I go back and forth with exchanges. I’ve used the 5k method with Nats Daniel Murphy and Prime Hernandez. Did the golds with Olson and Simmons and now collecting silvers to finish off Giants. Never will I do commons. 262? Nah, that ain’t me, lol. 21 buy orders with certain players is enough for me.

Agreed with this one. I spent around $3k on each one I did on TA3. TA4 will be even cheaper because I loaded up on 76 and 77s recently at just over 100 each. That make it under $2k for each one.

I have over a million stubs. I seriously hate putting in so many orders. I can just pay 5K for one card and be done with it. To each his own. I would rather spend my time playing the game, not putting in orders for exchanges.
