I always sit fastball and sinker. And while I enjoy smashing fastballs and sinkers for foul ball tanks, I can barely make contact with anything not fast. Do any of you primarily sit off speed and just spit on the hard stuff until you get two strikes?
Does Anybody Sit Primarily Offspeed?
Depending on the pitcher, yeah. After the first pitch, I'll sit Hoffman circle change or Maddux curve sometimes.
Might be a competition between you and me who has more foul ball homers bcuz the game really efs with you on timing lol

I don’t sit on anything cuz I look like an idiot at the plate when I do
When I keep my pci in the center and just react, I hit the off speed much better, but I don’t have a chance against the hard stuff. I almost wonder if it would still be better just to do it that way, and then only gear up for fastball when that’s what I’m guessing will be thrown.
When i am in RS and the connection is poor and 102 looks like 120, i have no choice but to look offspeed, because i can't hit FB.
Events and good regular connection games you have to look FB and adjust, unless your opponent is someone scared to throw heat, then it is sit back and feast.
Depends on the situation, the pitcher, the batter, the ballpark, and what each player had for a pre-game meal.
