Any of the HDR guys usable online?

Pulled Pete and added Judge and Cal. Seem like vs CPU beasts but maybe lack contact in h2h? Is Griffey any good? Was going to skip this set in the Trout collection but with prices low might try them all out. However if I lock them in I want them to play in my lineup atleast a little.

Cano is the only non 99 I have in my lineup. Dude mashes with a smooth swing and gold defense at 2B

I’d venture to say all the high tier picks are usable. They’ve all got contact like the 99 Jo Adell and I don’t see anyone calling him unusable.

Judge won't leave my lineup unless he gets a higher overall card.

I use Stanton and have good success with him online. With nobody on he usually is shifted on so he does a good job of doubling down the right field line for me. Then there is also those things called homeruns that he likes to hit.

I use Todd Frasier off the bench when facing a lefty reliever. He is definitely usable in that role.

Ripken rakes for me. Batting .300 10HR 30RBI. 0 errors at SS. Going to move him to 3rd once I pick Rollins as my boss.

i think Ripken and Cano make a great DP combo for right now (SS wise, Banks might be only better one. but Cal is way cheaper). Especially Cano though....that guy hits rockets. I've been using Carew mostly at 2b, but the way Cano has Crushed against me.....going to roll with him for a while....

Cano is a monster and his defense is plenty good for 2B.

Love using Griffey’s bat, but I guess they’re saving the better defensive rating for his next card? Hopefully some higher contact as well?

I love using Judge and he mashes, but his defensive ratings on that card are a good amount lower than his LS and it shows. Had some poor plays in the OF with him.

Ripken is a good bat, defense could be better for SS.

Haven’t used the other high tier guys much. The lower rated guys are basically an extra bench bat at best with poor defense.

That’s about a season’s worth for Anthony Rizzo.

Thanks guys. Did the set before the market up swing. Cano has mashed for me. Ripken is pretty good, hitting and defense are good but miss my faster SS options. . Griffey started slow but I think I've figured out his swing. Judge is my biggest disappointment, I feel like his LS produced more at the plate and is quicker with better defense. Alonso has been good in limited action but I still prefer Bellinger at 1st.

dude you serious. Judge and Stanton are beasts man. Judge is not leaving my lineup. Had Cal and didnt hit a homer in 20 games and seriously had more errors than he should so sold him last night thank god for 79k

Not a lot of players that have High Dynamic Range. That Ripken is Fantastic at 800 nits

That was my plan as well. Bought ripken last week, hitting is ok but defense I thought would be lights out. Then move him to third once i picked rollins. Well i got rollins last night and moving cal to third brings his defense to silver so yea i sold cal

That still doesn’t make sense. 1416 innings in events would still give you way more than 175 ABs

Cano, Cespedes and Griffey are all usable but there are better options at each position.

Cespedes hits bombs for me, but there are better options. He does tend to go missing in left field occasionally...
