I was thinking about opening 5 headliner packs to try for J.D. and buying Felix Hernandez or Yu Darvish, any thought? All are welcomed and appreciated, thanks.

I wouldn't put J.D in right, he belongs in left. I have not had good experiences with Felix, haven't used Yu.

Who's your rotation right now? Orel or Hamels are two options I like, McKay hasn't been bad either though it's a small sample size.

As for some right fielders, McCutchen is great and cheap after those flash sales, I know a lot of people like Dwight Evans to.

Larry Walker when his price drops back in the low 90s and don't worry about right field the rest of the year

I've got 98 Hal Newhouser, 93 El Duque, 87 Strasburg and really that's it. I really like Newhouser's power so I'm looking for that on the right side with decent control...I'm trying out McCutchen because of what u stated him being so cheap. I put him in center and moved 91 Ty Cobb to right. I've got Stanton in left. I really wanted to use 99 Tony G but I can't even hit off the computer with him where as Cobb is hovering around .500 off the computer.

Greinke is dirt cheap right now, I have both him and Felix and feel more confident putting Greinke out on the mound

I mean together I probably should've worded that better, can't find away to edit the title though. That Walker does look real nice, I was thinking of just selling a few things any buying him now and just wait on another starter.

How about Kerry Wood since you want heat, and then I budget guy like Heward or Choo?

woods control probably too low for me or else I would unless control doesn't mean anything but I always seem to do better with pitchers with higher control

Ok why aren’t you grinding the team affinities? Great pitchers in the grinds

Judge is a beast for me with a cannon arm. Also that monthly award Bellinger is also great, he is basically free, just need to grind for him. I feel like pitchers are all about feel. Some people like more power others like finesse. Wood for heat. Hershiser for finesse.

Eric Davis, contact, power, speed, fielding, arm - 5 tools, baby
And there’s so many good pitchers out there already, even Live series ones

To me, Eric Davis is as good as, or better than Walker. Legit 5 tool player. Hes always hitting bombs, swiping bases, and making diving catches.

Eric Davis, Bellinger POTM, or the killer discount option Betts. Betts was up 3 to 92 today. Very fast bat middle in. Crushes to LF

As far as pitching as someone mentioned already Grienke is dirt cheap and lights out most of the time. RF wise Walker should fall in price, Harper and Betts are going for 10/15k each at this point, Bellinger is a free option, you could take Musial when you hit 300 stars in this program (6th) and I hear the Tony Gwyn FOTF is really good too and only 35k.

I went with Grienke and splurged for Walker due to the flash sell my team went from-
    Before Flash Sale:

    LF-97 G.Stanton
    CF-91 ty Cobb
    RF-92 Dave Parker
    3B-94 David Murphy
    SS-86 Javier Baez
    2B-89 Ozzie Albies
    1B- 95 E.Encarnacion
    C- 87 Gary Sanchez

    After Flashsell:

    LF- 99 Lou Brock
    CF-99 Andre Dawson
    RF-99 Larry Walker
    3B-98 Wade Boggs
    SS- 97 Michael Young
    2B- 98 Rod Carew
    1B- 99 Jeff Bagwell
C- 99 Buster Posey (I just happened to hit silver this weekend as well)

Not bad for spending no money, I wasn't expecting to have a team like this for several more months that's why I overspent for Larry Walker-121k stubs, I know he will be much cheaper in a few days but I'm not playing competitively I'm playing to have fun so why wait for the drop? Heck I never thought I'd ever be able to splurge on a 100k card without leaving glaring holes in my lineup. My pitching staff isn't great but since I only play the computer I only need a couple decent ones.
I have to give it to SDS they are 1000xs better at giving out content than EA will ever be so thanks for that if anyone from SDS is listening and thanks to all who replied and read my ramble!

Looks like you took my suggestions with Greinke and Walker. Hope it works out for you!
