In 2019, according to statcast, Yu threw 8 different pitches (officially, but at least 10 unofficially), with 6 of them being thrown 100+ times. When will the show expand past 5 pitches to be even more realistic for guys like Yu?

nah, you could press, two buttons at the same time to select a pitch, or even and button and a trigger. I also wish they would allow pitches higher than 100 mph.

They do have pitchers that throw faster then 100 mph. I threw 101-102 with Chapman and Wagner a few times this year.

hmm. Ive never hit higher than 101 with any pitcher.

It was 101 or 102 my point was there are pitchers who can top 100 in mlb 19 ( i threw a 101 mph fastball with Gossage recently)

I’m more concerned with 99% of the starters being able to throw 101mph when they really threw in the mid 80s, like with the old timers. Oh and Nolan Ryan’s change up averaging 84 like in real life instead of a 30(!) mph diff in his fastball>change speeds.
