As said above, you really don’t need one.

You don’t gain anything by hearing the sounds better. There’s no in-game voice chat either, so you don’t need one for that.

I bought a basic one at Walmart for $20-30. Sounds better than the TV.

I have the PlayStation platinum one.
It's great.
You don't really need one to play the show as I don't even use audio unless I'm playing online. If I'm doing moments and whatnot I'll play while I'm watching tv

I use a Hyper X Cloud headset. Good noise canceling, comfortable on the head, and you can remove the mic if you don't need it. $70 on Amazon.

Do pitches sound different on a headset? Can you tell a fastball vs offspeed better with headset?

I play on mute lol.

I always run the Dead Silence perk. I don’t want my opponent to hear the trash can.

It is helpful, but they buffed the awareness perk so the trashcan can still be heard just in a reduced capacity. I can't wait for ImMarksman to hit World Series lol.

I've got the Astro 50's and the Playstation Gold ones. Astros are clearly better, but I don't use them for the show. Actually, I think I've had The Show muted for the past 2 years. Maybe one or two games where I've put the headphones on.
