Mike Mussina had some nasty off speed stuff. But does anybody else remember Brandon Webb?? Omg that dude was untouchable for a few years before he got hurt and couldn’t throw anymore
Ya, Webb had a nasty sinker.. unfortunate end to his short career. Was great for like 6 years

Webb and Peavy were awesome in their prime

The 4seam fastball
I used to play baseball with my next door neighbor, who was braves pitcher and man could he throw heat. Consistently threw high 90s like it was nothing. It’s amazing -

Truth, should have specified when he played for the Marlins.

I'm not a Yankees fan at all but I enjoy watching Tanaka pitch with all his dirty stuff and his deceptive arm action. Shame he never really has a competitive card in this game, I would definitely use a 95ish Tanaka card with 99 break on all his pitches.
-
Barry zito curveball, big looping 12-6, so many huge swings and misses on that one
-
Slide-piece. Helps you out while pitching, and helps you as a batter if it hangs saying: 'HI!'
-
Randy Johnson slider or Roger Clemens fastball
-
Nomo splitter, Wakefield knuckler, Rivera cutter, Clemens fastball.
I also always enjoyed Alex Fernandez and his slider.
-
Maddux’s backup fastball, not sure if it’s really a 2 seamer or a sinker or a combination, but it was a beautiful thing to watch against lefties in particular
-
Maddux’s inside 2-seamer inside to a lefty for a called strike 3.
-
Knuckleball of Tim Wakefield or Steven Wright.
Also, Pedro Martinez's changeup
