Is it worth the 150 dollars and which monitor is the best

If you are on an older TV that has some input lag and you can find a decent monitor for $150 and have time to play the game so your investment isn't wasted. Yes it is completely worth it. I have an ASUS that was around $175 a couple years ago and I will never go back to a TV for this game.
Here is a BENQ that looks like a great deal right now. plus it is 27" and not 24. https://www.amazon.com/BenQ-ZOWIE-inch-Gaming-Monitor/dp/B075PY3GHL/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=asus+vg245&qid=1588707583&sr=8-2

I just bought a pretty nice monitor and I’m early on a lot of fastballs now. If you only play MLB, look for a 1ms monitor.

For this game the one with the lowest input lag will help you catch up to fastballs as best as possible. That’s what a monitor does, not much more. 1ms doesn’t exist that refers to “response time” which sounds the same and is also useful but not the input lag we beed for 102mph fastballs. Input lag ranges from 8-20ms on most top monitors, even TVs now. You don’t actually need a monitor for this game anymore, this TV isn’t even a high end Samsung but it’s a beast for this game because of its quickness.

I wish there was a Paul Monitor.
