They could’ve just gave Varitek an awards card for finishing 24th in MVP voting.

If we're doing no-hitters, how about a Nolan Ryan card for the 7 he threw.

Noone will use Varitek with Adley and Victor around (and probably a new threads adley coming).
Noone will use Braun with Belli, Andruw, and Beltran around.
Everyone will use Honus Wagner, cause stealing is still broken.
See my other post about making rewards valuable, instead of kinda useless.

People will use them. Maybe the high end competitive teams won't use them but I there are people who still use theme teams, especially for offline content like conquest or mini seasons.
There are still 4 to 5 months worth of content to go, almost all will be 98s or 99s. Expecting every release to eclipse every other card in the game is unrealistic.
The first post I saw on the multiplayer program rewards was someone asking for more Brewers. I am guessing that person will use Braun, at least for some of the content

Ah, who cares. I only care about that sweet, sweet Honus Milestone card. Although... to be honest... is a "Batting Title" a "Milestone"? Maybe should have been an "Awards" card.
Awards didn't exist back in the day, so he wouldn't quaify.
I'd have gone Finest or Signature.

@Dolenz_PSN I also hate it so much when the game developers keep making the best cards in the game players that belong to my favorite team.I can't stand having extra motivation and drive to grind out the current version of the show..,..................... ( J/k just a Cubs fan poking fun )
