Getting frustrated with the companion app. I had a ticket earlier in the week for being locked out on the app. Now I’m repeatedly getting restricted after a few transactions. Why even open packs if I can’t sell dupes.

I tried to put buy orders in for cards I did not have. After putting in just two orders I also got a restricted notice. I just wait awhile and then try again. However, this is an issue that I never had with prior years versions of the game. This year's game seems to have more rather than less issues.

Just hit the restriction limit for … removing cards from my Favorites list.

Haha, I got restricted for flipping through my diamond dupes without even placing an order. Surely there has to be a better way to eliminate bots.

there are NO restrictions on the app at the moment (they have been off for a while) - I just confirmed everything is smooth by placing 20 buy and 20 sell orders at the maximum speed allowed by the app...

I haven’t been able to sign in to the companion app for 2 weeks now. I’ve submitted multiple tickets and I’m not getting any help. Whenever I try to sign in for MLB The Show 25 I keep getting a message that says sorry there was an issue with your sign in process and to try again. It’s bs. -
A couple of days ago, I was also getting the Account Restricted message when attempting to place dupes on the market. I discovered that if I closed the app and then came back, the restriction was lifted for a few more “transactions” before getting another restricted message. Needless to say, I was getting frustrated, but I chalked it up to another App bug hitting the system. Yesterday and so far today, I’ve been able to unload dupes without getting another restricted message.

I’m still getting app restricted. Closed app many times, I’ve also deleted and re downloaded. Incredibly frustrating.

@GiantYankees_XBL You just have to space out your transactions. If you attempt to do a bunch all at once and I mean more than 4 (I'm guessing) it is going to restrict you for a few and then allow you to do more.
As I stated in another thread, it is pick your poison, you can either have a) Bots taking over the market and no restrictions, b) restrictions on the number and how quickly you can place orders that help slow down the bots or c) the market gets remove from the app and you are stuck using the console for all transactions.
None of the above are great choices, but that is what we have.
