@Manu__SDS_MLBTS If you don’t want a long list of complaints saying that the app you’re in charge of fixing sucks, then you should probably fix it. At this point I wish I could sell 5 cards on it, but my app has me restricted all together anytime I try to even select a card.

@Manu__SDS_MLBTS for me it’s not the limiting the orders significantly that’s frustrating. It’s you will get the restricted alert if you just refresh screen too much or click and look at too many guys too fast. Like I can take my time picking my orders to stay compliant but we gotta be able to refresh’ and look at guys without closing app after 2 clicks.
I find I’m having to think refreshes and where I click way too much so I don’t trigger restriction. I find that kind of insane
Honestly I’m getting feel for when I have close app and start over and it’s not that bad once you know exactly when it will trigger.

@Good-Talk-Bud_XBL It needs to be detecting only bot activity if it's based on speed. It needs to recognize these orders being cancelled and replaced in nanoseconds, speeds not possible for even the quickest human fingers.

@LadySwampfox_XBL exactly, because it’s an app it’s harder to create anti cheat for that defects stuff like that but it’s doable. Because if they don’t do things are gonna continue how they are now

@Manu__SDS_MLBTS Maybe if we had more details we could give you some feedback? All I know is that when I adjust my orders, or even look too quickly at them, I get restricted. I normally use the app and/or website for the market even when I'm actively playing because it's just easier.
You guys have done a great job lately, but there always seems to be a tipping point when it becomes too much and all of us non-bot flippers get restricted. There has to be that line there somewhere.

@Pillsy74_PSN I have found best way to just run with it is do 2 orders and close app and go again. You can move fast doing that and now I’ve gotten groove it’s becoming more tolerable

@General_Heaux_PSN we shouldn’t have to close the app every 2 transactions to be able to use it
. I think at this point I’d rather them either not do any restrictions with the app or just delete it tbh -
@Good-Talk-Bud_XBL I don’t disagree but it’s kept me from being restricted for time being and able to be somewhat efficient (at least as efficient as currently possible) doing it this way until it’s figured out

I can't be too open about the specifics - so we don't directly feed the wrong audience - but we have

create/sell, I will focus on that today -
@Manu__SDS_MLBTS so to get this straight the goal is to limit both bots and regular people? I know people getting limited is just a byproduct of limiting the bots but your end goal would result in people also getting limited (temporarily same as it has been but not to the same extent). Just trying to understand

@General_Heaux_PSN Doesn't matter - I can't get in anywhere now. Normally if I'm restricted on the app I just go to the website, like in the olden times pre-app. Sure, I get hit with the captcha, but I can still do my transactions.

@Manu__SDS_MLBTS first off - the actions taken in the last week ARE making a huge difference. The majority of the feedback I’m reading is that even when running into unwarranted restrictions, it’s undeniable that bots have been severely crippled. If you guys want to hire that guy who can make the insta-filter, that sounds pretty sweet, but if we are all going to continue in reality, I think a few tweaks to the way things are atm would be beneficial.
I still think a majority of the bad actors can be denied access by restricting the app to legit devices operated by a human. Personally, I’m not sure how that’s done but I imagine there are ways to identify incoming connections as virtual machines or behind VPNs or connections using IMEI against known blacklists. Before thinking of all the things that could change that would suit me personally, I think the restrictions coming on just from navigation the app is too sensitive right now. I understand that loading a page or refreshing a page are all things requiring calls to the api, but those actions should not carry the same weight towards restriction as placing or deleting bids. IMO. I’ve also read some people say they have been restricted in the middle of opening packs and selling the content, that doesn’t seem right. I don’t use the app to open packs myself, but I think people that do open packs in the app, should have an exemption towards restrictions when opening packs and listing the content… in fact, to sum up my current thoughts, navigating the app shouldn’t count towards restrict able behavior. And opening packs and selling that contents should be exempt as well.BUT - the market has integrity at the moment and that is a big deal.

Also - meant to say that from pov using console, the market is functioning better then ever. I know the majority of users aren’t weird hyper app users like most in this forum, but I imagine the common user will be very pleased to interact with the market right now if they haven’t been permanently turned off to it from trying in the past.

I recently tried to open a new account, but I found that my account seemed to be blocked, as it was unable to obtain any data in the app. However, when I logged in using a browser, it worked normally. I don't understand why
