    That is what’s taking a long time. And it’s not the only thing. Better than Friday but still bad. Could be affecting people differently but it seems pretty widespread.

    Andddd hilariously enough I just got kicked from a vs cpu game and now it get a message that “online features of the show are disabled” this is wild man

    I just quit the game and reopened and servers are down.

    But all this stuff takes a long time:

    Entering a collection
    Collecting cards.
    Selling cards, including quick sell.
    Switching between menus
    Anything triggered by moving spaces in Diamond Quest.

    Oddly enough, gameplay once I get in has been fine. Even on Friday. It’s just doing anything else.

    Navigating these menus is ridiculously infuriating. How in the world can you have lag on a [censored] menu screen. Does anybody check this [censored]? And why is there zero response or update from SDS? Oh, thats because they know [censored] up this game this year and said "[censored] it" and moved on.

    Since this most recent update the load time just going from play to programs take 10+ seconds. Don’t even get me started on opening packs. Had 36 to open and got through 2 and the spinning ball on bottom right would take 20-30 second to scroll from one card to the next

    I don't have any issues opening packs in MLB The Show 26 for the PS5. The lagging load times are terrible. The game even freezes and needs to restart at times. Thats terrible. The odds of hitting anything in a regular pack are also terrible. My luck is atrocious.

    I'm really not trying to give you a hard time, but since it's been almost three months and they can't stabilize the menu, they're getting replaced, right? It's a little ridiculous.

    There was an update in the past that sped up the menus, drafts and packs. Even though it didn’t stay like that for long. I’m pretty sure I didn’t just dream it. If some sort of optimization was not part of today’s update I hope they are planning a hot fix very soon. When I turned the game off yesterday it was because I didn’t want to deal with the menus and that sucks.
