This is great news. Honestly made my day. Rare win for SDS to teach people a lesson. I'm genuinely curious what the action will be but I'm hoping it's a ban or a full account wipe. For the streamers who made videos showing people and advocating for the glitch they should be perma banned because if not for them it wouldn't have been nearly as abundant.

I got perma banned two years ago for saying people cheat on these forums. They banned me for 999 days and I could not access anything in the actual game based on what I said in the forum.
Hopefully they take that level of action against these people.

So to make this super simple for others you violated their TOS (not even on the game) = permanent ban. Then for consistency sake they clearly need to perma ban them all! Good example of a double standard though.

I was on the game while it was happening and chose not to participate. It’s not everyone, but I say the people who ‘missed’ or chose not to do it are prob the minority of the DD community

I’d say about 90% of people had no idea there was a glitch and about 50% STILL have no idea there was a glitch. Hundreds of thousands of people earn the cards in DD you can look at the parallels. If every person watching every stream on twitch right now did it, that would total 4,000 people and over 700,000 earn the program players.
Yes I’d say MOST people didn’t do this glitch and the idea that half the community is about to get punished is insane lol. People still think streamers have pull in this game. Less than 1% of MLB the show players watch streamers. It’s insanely low compared to other games. Honestly maybe the lowest views-users in any game.

I liked the idea of you collected it now the stubs are coming out of your account idea, watch people who did it be in the negatives and not be able to buy anything else until they can clear what they collected.

@samguenther1987_PSN they can’t do that cause these people already have everything, Bans are only reasonable action. I don’t putting people in the negatives would do much. Again I hope these people get what they deserve I just hope innocent people get banned in the process luckily I don’t think I was on the game that day.

30 days and they are back in time for the All Star Break, most likely with all of their ill gotten gains still intact.

@Dolenz_PSN rest of year is most logical in my head cause it’s rly hard to give the causal player a chance to catch up to that. Most casual probably won’t even earn 1000 packs the rest of the year, or will probably just hit that mark very late in the year. let alone a cpl thousand I think year ban makes most sense.
