Don’t worry everyone!
-
Another Yankee card has been released.
-
I guess that happens when you're one of most historical franchises not just in baseball but in all of sports and pop culture. I mean I'm surprised it wasn't some random Tampa Bay Ray from 15 years ago.

️Correct. I am from KC and I think the only legends we have are Brett and Salvy. Witt will be there no doubt. Fans of the Royals love to make people into legends that are no where close cough cough Gordon, Pasquantino.

Why would anyone worry about there not being another Yankee card today?
-
@DemIsE4_XBL Don’t forget Danny Tartabull and Steve Balboni.
-
Bo would have been one for sure if he hadn’t gotten hurt playing football.
-
Twins are whining for a Chuck Knoblauch to go with the rest of their 2nd basemen and we get another Yankee? Give the people what they want. A Yankee Knoblauch.
Mets could also use a Mackey Sasser.
And us Cardinals definitely want an Ankiel.
Cmon SDS. All yips theme team, just need a captain

Another Yankee card has been released.
Thank god! We’re all scrambling for Yankee options to fill out a theme team
-
@Scar_USMC77_PSN We need Matt Nokes and Pat Kelly
-
Oh man, if they put out a Danny Tartabull and Matt Nokes card tomorrow, we'd all squeal with joy...
And then absolutely Noone would use either player in their lineup...like ever...lol
-
I normally wouldn't be upset about getting Yankee legend cards, they usually help me finish all the TA programs...oh wait...
-
Here is an interesting point about the Yankees. Yankee Fans are always Quick to point out "Of course they have the most cards. They are a storied franchise with the most players in the Hall of Fame" which is true but
- The team that has the second most members in the Hall of Fame, San Francisco, is 23rd in the number of Legend and Flashback cards received this year.
- The Cardinals have the most Hall of Fame Players actually in the game right now with 8 unique players. Then the Yankees come in with 7 (tied with the Red Sox and the Braves)
-
@TripleH-4481_PSN Bo is definitely one. Short career but an amazing player and athlete
-
Dan Quisenberry.

With Knoblauch's controversies, its possible but it is unlikely.

Nokes will always be a Tiger to me!
-
So, that's over 30 Yankees whereas some teams have as little as 12 cards to date.
That is abysmal.
-
Bo would have been one for sure if he hadn’t gotten hurt playing football.
Had Bo played football for 15 years, I think he would have been the best RB ever. I was playing in a summer league all star game at Kauffman and he walked in front of our dugout. Absolute specimen.
-
I played against Bo in baseball in my younger days, let me say he was an amazing ballplayer too. We deserve a Bo Jackson card, Jim Abbott too another dude I played in arizona summer camps with.

Maybe. Joba Chamberlain could be captain?
