@Ezio-I7_XBL I’m also over a million I think the games in a good spot. 500 isn’t to easy but isn’t terrible. Just wish they would add a wheel to the multiplayer program. I’ve had that done since like day 3 lol.

171 Hours played in in less than a month with over 825 games in their game history. That's over 7 hours and 35 games per day since early access

186 hours played in less than a month and 482 games in their game history. That's 8 hours a day and 20 games per day since early access

Forgive me when I say that I don't want either of you used as a benchmark to determine what is and is not achievable by the average player. That is not a condemnation of either of you because if you have the time and enjoy the game then I say have fun and knock yourselves out. Just don't try and use your numbers as something that is remotely achievable by the average player.

@Dolenz_PSN fair I know I play more than the average player. I just have the time rn and Ik I won’t later in the year. Currently laid off construction worker who lives in Canada and we still have snow up here so I haven’t been called back to work yet. Usally just play while my girlfriend is at work for the day them hop off when she’s home.

No problem, I am not judging but simply recognizing that those numbers probably at the extreme end of the bell curve.

I am at the other end of that bell curve with only 33 hours and 57 games played (I blame Crimson Desert). I would not hold up my 142k as a measurement to say 500k is too hard. There is a middle ground somewhere between our two extremes.

I expect, if SDS thinks that not enough people reached the bosses this inning that we will see adjustments in the next inning. Either more or longer Double XP spans or they will move the boss pack earlier in the path.

I am at 750k in ~60 hours and I don't do cheese grinding. I have note done: any event past the first (30k left on the table) and havent played this weekend (family visit plus lack of motivation after seeing the future schedule) so no drop 3 or egg hunt

The diminishing returns are enormous, as gameplay xp is pretty minimal. I would imagine 500k would be ~25-30 hours or so for the average player if they are dividing that between the content types (do the MSs once each, conquests once each, complete the programs, and at least dabble online)

The other part of the equation: If you have 500k you are probably close to Tatis who is better than Acuna. And is there really that much difference between the collection Pasquatch and Murakami?

@Dolenz_PSN lol I definitely do not play 7+ hours per day. That number is not correct.

I only have 385k with 110 hours and six of the assorted programs completed while playing mini seasons and egg hunt conquest map. Feel like in years past would have already made it with that many hours played. Don’t have Xbox live to play multiplayer. Also think should leave on double XP for rest of 1st inning as a kind gesture for all the issues people experiencied with season restarts, server disconnects, etc.

You have almost double my playtime and half my xp

This is why games shouldnt use slogans like 'play your way' unless they really mean it.

@Ezio-I7_XBL I don’t play 8 he’s just saying on average. For example i sometimes just leave my ps5 on and go do smt. That all counts as “time played”

I just went off the profile online. I realize it's not that accurate but that and number of games played are the only metrics available.

You kinda have to also make the assumption that it's roughly inaccurate equally for everyone.

@Dolenz_PSN yeah i understand im just trying to explain to him that it’s not 100% accurate cause he said he doesn’t play 7 hours a day. it’s not 100% but it’s in the ballpark of how much we play. U are just point out we play more than the average player which I get. Just trying to help him understand not saying ur wrong.

@XxDeathReyxX_PSN 500 isn’t a lot at all. It used to be a million. There needs to be balance between those who play a lot and those who don’t. Some people aren’t meant to complete it.

Also, look through all the programs, mini seasons and conquest for chunks of xp.

I have every offline program done from WBC to Egg hunt. Every conquest map done. Every mini season done. Every diamond quest done. I hit 500,000 last night because of double xp.

It used to be a million, but then they cut game-earned XP in half to match lowering the XP required, remember? So it only looks like the lowered the bar.

That being said, there's ways to attain the XP like everyone's saying. Unfortunately, in my experience Conquest is a crapshoot on whether or not it plays true to the difficulty setting, and Diamond Quest left a bitter taste after last year so I tend to avoid it.

When SDS marketed "Play your way"...what they really meant was "play your way, but only the way we want you to". I enjoy ranked, but hate Events because they're generally chock full of WAAC type players, which fine whatever, I'm just there to get my missions done and nothing more. If I accidentally win a few it's a bonus, but personally I'd prefer to NOT be forced into playing certain modes to attain the rewards- just keep them tied to ALL MP modes.

It’s all about multiplayer. Also, I think the program completions used to be 10k-40k, but it doesn’t look like that’s there this year. so people completing programs off-line aren’t getting that XP for program completion that we used to.

Okay, you got me curious. Extra XP for Assorted programs.

    Starter Program - 23,500
    WBC - 20,000
    WBC Pool C - 20,000
    WBC Pool B - 20,000
    WBC Pool A - 20,000
    St Patricks - 4,000
    WBC Recap - 8,000
    Spring Breakout - 5,000
    New Threads - 10,000
    Common Courtesy - 5,000
    Swinging Into Spring - 10,000
    Egg Hunt - 7,500
    Bill Mazeroski - 5,000
    Travis Hafner - 20,000
    Spotlight 1 - 5,000

That's 183,000 of the 500,000 you need for the boss. Even if I completed them all before Friday I think I would still come up short
