I don’t know if it’s only in the events, that’s just what I played and every time I hit the ball my opponent would just dive out of the way and then take the ball and run around in circles

My man doing the lord's work
-
The worst part is is it’s new threads players only. 40k for anyone sign me up. That’s still 25 games ish
-
Yeah I'm not doing that for a 3 card pack. Not worth it at all
-
Hey, they tried something new. I think both this and the way to get Nimmo were big whiffs.
But trying to reward people who want to play events a bit more is a good idea, so hopefully they try again with something a little less absurd.

I agree this is too much of a grind in too short of a time. Had 7 new threads in my lineup, 5 new threads in rotation, 3 new threads in bullpen, played 11 games and won 10 of them and only got 14k pxp out of it.
-
For all that time devoted they should have made it an Ultra pack instead of a Premier.
-
It’s only for the pack, easy pass as I’m out after my 5 wins and Peralta. Way to easy to make stubs anyway don’t need the pack.
-
Yeah 40k is ridiculous for an event that last 5 days
-
This should be half the PXP or an ultra pack. Not worth it at all.

Winning 11 games on All Star in mini seasons to get Nimmo is not a big whiff. If you go less than 11-0 during this time then the reward isn't for you.

The game has difficulty options for people that enjoy them, forcing players to choose one they don't like for a no sell card is universally bad game design and should never even be considered. Even the extreme program can typically be completed on rookie if you have a LOT of time on your hands.
Its just an incredibly bad path to go down, even if winning 11 games on all star isn't, in my personal opinion, very difficult.
