My journey to a "#1 Fan" Icon
-
Here we are in January, the "shoulder season" between the end of MLBTS 25 and the beginning of MLBTS 26. Since November, I've focused my DD time using an all-Diamondbacks team. After getting the #1 Fan icon, here's where that team is at PxP-wise:
P5:
Corbin Carroll - Finest
Corbin Carroll - 2025 All-Star
Corbin Carroll - Spotlight
Corbin Carroll - Live
(so... all the Corbins. The "Finest" card was BY FAR the worst statistically for me. Weird.)
Ketel Marte - 2025 All-Star
Ketel Marte - Spooky (I'm at P4 with LS Marte and will get him to P5 before MLB26)
Luis Gonzales - Spooky
Steve Finley - Moonshot
Geraldo Perdomo - Neon
Gabriel Moreno - Spotlight (as with Finest Carroll - I was terrible with this card)
Paul Goldschmidt - retro Finest (this card was a beast, online and off)
Eugenio Suarez - 2025 All-Star
Jordan Lawler - Pipeline
Justin Martinez - Jolt
Zac Gallen - Live
Ryne Nelson - Live
Brandon Pfaadt - Live
Ryan Thompson - Live
Bryce Jarvis - LiveAnyway - how many of you have a "#1 Fan" Icon? I think @savefarris_psn has one, also for the Diamondbacks. I'm not even close to any other teams.
-
Diamondbacks: acquired 12/6
Marlins: acquired 12/29
Rangers: currently working on810/2230 H
168/372 HR
467/1085 RunsI figure I'll earn #1 Rangers around the end of January, at which time I'll shut it down for the year.
I see your 4 Pack of P5ed Carrols and raise you one.
Skenes - Anniversary
Skenes - ASG
Skenes - Cover
Skenes - Live
Skenes - Finest -
I have the #1 fan icon for the Yankees and Mets.
-
Nope, I won't get it. The Cardinals totals for the final mission and my playtime are just not compatible. They seemed out of reach so I stopped trying

The Cardinals totals
Stupid Stan the Man...
While I would never say that he is the culprit as I think he set all the marks I need to cross.
Only Brooks Robinson and Carl Yastrzemski spent longer with a single team that I am aware of (23 season compared to Musial, Al Kaline and Mel Ott's 22 seasons)
Stan is 4th all-time in hits (3,630) , 10th all-time in runs (1,949), and 32nd in HRs (475). HR's is the only one I even had a shot at. I am sitting at 432 HRs with Cardinals but with the other two number so distant there is no point to chase it.

I'd need apx. 683 more games to qualify just for hits. That's not happening before 26.
For the record, the Cards are the 3rd "toughest" team remaining for me, behind the Braves and Tigers. (You think Musial is bad? Try topping Hank and Ty!)

They all look tough.
Hits
3,902 - Detroit
3,630 - STL
3600 - ATLHRs
733 - ATL
475 - STL

2,107 - ATL
2,087 - Det
1,949 - STL -
Very nice! I have a Dbacks #1 fan icon. I am about 2 years away from getting one for the White Sox. Nowhere near it for any other clubs.
Go snakes!!
