Gary Sheffield

@SaveFarris_PSN That’s part of how annoying it is. I just don’t understand how they are so bad at spreading the love. They could give Sheffield a card for several teams that are lacking. They are truly terrible at this.
I have been preaching for more parity for years which is why I started posting charts.
But it's really not hard to understand that they probably have detailed analytics showing them which teams are the most popular when it comes to market prices, the number of sales, and how many programs get done with with included Yankee players vs other teams.

I'm a huge Yankee fan with 18 Yankees on my team to get the maximum boosts but I actually agree with this post. Not only did they just add Sheffield but also a 98 OVR Bellinger in the spotlight. I'm having trouble figuring out how to get one or both in my starting lineup which is a nice thing I guess but certainly does point out how they introduce too many Yankees, far too quickly. Every time they add one I think "this doesn't seem fair and is certainly going to [censored] a lot of people off." I would be quite fine if they cut back/slowed down on Yankees additions. Not starting now, but from the start.

@Born2beWild007_PSN And here I am wanting to use a Padres theme team without a single player id use outside of a theme team. No diamond CF. A diamond catcher with the hitting attributes of a bronze. Some teams are even worse. They’re awful at spreading good players from other teams.

Eliminate captains and go to chemistries. If a player played in a regular season game with a team you can activate that chemistry. Get boosts at different levels of chemistry. I know it’s the Madden model, but SDS doesn’t seem to care about copping EAs money grab schemes with packs and such. Why care about this?

So use the FC 25 format.... works for me and something I'm very used to.
-
Oh, I get it and totally agree. It is STUPID how many great Yankees cards there are. I assume, as someone said, they have determined that the majority of people playing are Yankees fans which is still no excuse at all

This is truly ridiculous:
Judge 99 & 93
Mantle 98
Bellinger 98
Sheffield 98
Chisholm 96 x 2
Soriano 95 x 2
Jeter 94
Gehrig 92
Lemahieu 92
B. Williams 92
Posada 92
Dominguez 91
O'Neill 90Plus a bunch more diamonds in the high 80's and of course lots of diamond pitchers.
As I said, totally ridiculous and unfair. And as I posted in another thread my hitting captain is Ruth OVR 85 who has to be in my starting lineup to get the bonus. That's stupid and should not be the case at this point. Should not be the case that he's not good enough to be in my team.
But I'm sure there will be a 99 Ruth card in the near future lol.

@GoozeFn_PSN the common fan remembers him as a Marlin, Yankee, and Met. He’ll never get a card for the Padres or Brewers unless he gets a rookie card.
-
@Dinger_Dan19_PSN I remember him mainly as a Padre (that’s just me at my baseball watching peak) as he broke out with them and they had an entertaining team. I have no recollection whatsoever of him as a Met, Brave and Tiger.
I agree with you with the Brewers; I think he had a rookie card with them a couple years back.
You sure you didn’t swap out the Dodgers for the Mets?
-
@Dinger_Dan19_PSN He had great seasons for the Dodgers and Braves. They could have gave him a decent last ride card with the Mets too.
