Meanwhile we’re still waiting for Josh smiths model update to be finished and still waiting for Colt Keith, Jordan beck, hunter goodman and Jose Soriano plus the top prospects who debuted this year. Nick Kurtz, jac cagliogne, chase dollander, Kristian Campbell, Cole young, chase meithdroth, cam smith, drake Baldwin , Kyle teel, Cade Horton, Moises ballesteros, Edgar quero, etc plus guys we all know are gonna debut this month like bubba chandler, Noah Schulz, and chase burns!!!! Keep updating multiple programs for DD tho! This game is dead

OMG enough with all the face scan [censored], what do you think that said players that you want for face scans have all the time in the world to fly out to San Diego? The answer is no they all play baseball almost every day so when they get the chance they will put more face scans in

@sbchamps17_NSW Usually when those players play the Padres in San Diego. I’d bet 99% of this community cares significantly more about DD content than face scans of random players.

I don't care one bit about face scans. Its the least important factor in this game. I worry about gameplay and current rosters only and nothing else.

I myself will stfu about Face Scans when they finally update Jorge Mateo (and probably Coby Mayo, at least).

Check the patch 15 notes,there is a boatload of players being updated in it.

Face scans are a big thing for some. Playing as someone who looks nothing like them is an immersion breaker. We have a right to complain about certain players not getting scanned or updated. Especially when some of those are top players and been in the mlb for years. We paid good money for the game and to have some of these things missing is frustrating for us. If people complaining about scans bothers you so much don't read them. -

Oh come on now, that's not really fair to make fun of people for being cheesed about the SC being a latrine for four years now...me being one of them. That being said...the game isn't dead...and it's certainly NOT dead for that reason

There's a vast majority that wants the quality of the artwork to be at its best. We're not all interested in digital cards in exchange for math.

@Shua2168_MLBTS I'm with you 100%. It's 2025, and they've shown they can get VERY accurate representations. I'm sure they have a really long list. Some of the people here talking about them getting more faces when teams play in San Diego. That has little to no bearing on their list.
They don't need someone nearby to get a 3D scan or update. It can be done with modeling software. The Legends look like a composite of several photos.
I'm pushing to see Brooks Robinson look more like his smiling self, and I'd like to see Baines look how he did in 2018.
The hardcore Diamond Dynasty players complain a bunch, but they rarely focus on wanting to see improvements to the art and presentation that the vast majority of us have come to adore about this series.

@Zachtronics_XBL Cool, do you realize they do these in studio? Do you think SDS is flying out Major League Baseball players during the season for face scans when they get called up?

Yes, 800+ players go to them, year-round. Do you think that Ryan O'Hearn was rescanned? No. They changed his hairstyle. That's it.

@Zachtronics_XBL Sure there are ways to do this besides in studio, but my understanding is that is how they do it with current players.
