We still want our packs. Fix it.
They could’ve easily just had free packs in the store why they decided to [censored] of there fanbase yet again was definitely a choice

I was watching the stream, and entered the codes at the appropriate time as well and can confirm I didn't get any packs from them, kept saying "invalid code".

The “codes for packs” or “codes for a card” model needs to go…
I thought they learned this last year with the whole “region based” fiasco.

@SDS_JoeK_PSN I did that too and got a message from Manny saying the promotion is over. and then I reiterated that I wasn't able to claim packs when it was live, and have yet to be taken care of.

Just submitted it to support for the extra kick in the balls, I'm not expecting them to correct their issue...but we'll see what happens

So following up @SDS_JoeK_PSN , I did as directed...and as expected all they said (Miguel) was "unfortunately they're expired"... which basically confirms what we already knew- they very clearly do NOT read the tickets. Or it's just a basic chat bot that replies off keywords.
Either way...the ticket system regarding this sort of thing probably isn't the best.

I typed it in and it gave me an error. I spammed refresh and it worked. Me and my buddy did it this way and it worked.

Same thing happened to me. I submitted a ticket and received a response back about how those codes were now expired. So they didn't help one bit. And I never got those packs from last week.
