Haha no kidding, I've always said the trick to this game is patience, mostly I've meant that with the market in past years but it goes for everything.
Now if only I was more patient myself with the CPU pitching lol

@ch17176_PSN Take a deep breath, calm down, if you submitted a ticket, they will eventually get to you and do the exchange. In the mean time, there are other ways to complete the program if you don't want to wait in line for the other card. Also, remember, this just a video game!
