Tip for Jackie 7 Total Bases

I tripled to right center in the 1st AB. Then 4 consecutive bunt singles toward the second baseman. You might not get 5 AB's like I did, but when you get a triple or homer start bunting until you think you are not gonna get another AB then swing again if you have to.

I was dreading this one due to all the forum complaints. I had a bloop 2b, HR to left center, and then a rope off the pitcher for an infield single in my first 3 ABs of my second attempt.
I cant get the ones with the stolen bases though. These are rough imo.

Wow, if you are struggling with this one, I feel for you on the 2 HR or 2 doubles 1 steal one. For the homers they give you literally the hardest place to hit HR's, and for the doubles one that is all Jackie and his 50 something power can do is hit bombs.

Funny, but I actually hit 2 bombs on my first attempt, I spent hours and never got 7 total bases. They are different Jackies.
I have also failed to do the two 2Bs and a steal, but that's mostly due to not bad luck, one time I had 2 HRs and 2 2Bs, a other time I had 2 2Bs I was on base with 2 strikes and 2 outs and the CPU fouled every thing and then struck out. So its something I can do, but is time consuming.
The key to 2 HRs even at Forbes is play on directional and power swing. It was the same way I beat Vlad Jr moment. Maybe be a bit early, you want to pull it down the line.

Find a horseshoe and a four-leaf clover and never power swing. And get ahead in the count. This mission sucked worse than any I have done all year.

One game I got two triples my first two AB, was HBP in third AB and the game ended before I got a fourth. This mission took forever. It reminded me of how much I hated the Daniel Nava mission from MLB 18. Extreme Moments last year weren't as annoying as this one. I finally got it with a lead off double, single, and then a HR to dead center of all places.

The two HRs wasn't that bad, oddly. Anything hit over the center fielder's head is a possible inside the park homer. And you can get lucky and time up a homer by getting ahead in the count. The pitcher has zero energy in your last three or more at bats, and is a lefty.
The two doubles mission, however, sucked real, real, real, real bad.

Daniel Nava mission still gives me nightmares. The only one i wasn;t able to complete in MLB18

I did the opposite. 4 cheesy speed singles then a triple in the alley. Robinson really runs the bases well. Its like he takes better angles around the bags....i know thats crazy, but my triple should have barely been a double but dude hauled it from 1st to 3rd like he was being chased by a bear.
It really was 99% luck. I could have been stuck on that mission forever. Any one of those singles could have been an out.....or scored as an error or something hinky.
Im avoiding the doubles mission like a cavity search....

I got lucky and did the 2 HR mission on the 3rd try and hit two real HR using power swing and waiting for a good pitch (that pitcher throws a ton inside)., Agree about the doubles missions, that one sucked...Sportsman has a real shallow OF and hitting gappers is near impossible......took me about an hour to get that one....

It looks like the developers took pity on us with the jackie robinson seven total bases mission. I logged on yesterday and discovered that they changed the requirement to four. Much less stressful now
