Update - Red Sox Team Captain Adjustments

We've made adjustments to the Red Sox team captain boosts provided by Jolt Clay Buchholz.

Previous:
Tier 1 - +5 Contact vs. Right, +5 Contact vs. Left, +5 Batting Clutch, +5 Hits Per 9
Tier 2 - +8, +8, +8, +10
Tier 3 - +10, +10, +10, +15

New:
Tier 1 - +1, +1, +1, +3
Tier 2 - +3, +3, +3, +5
Tier 3 - +5, +5, +5, +8

We want theme teams to be competitively viable, but not meta-defining. With the Red Sox players currently available, and the ones coming very soon, we believe this team build was moving a bit too much toward the "meta-defining" side of the equation.

We will continue to monitor and make adjustments to captain boosts when necessary throughout the year.
