SDS Really Sucks!

Yo San Diego Studios might be the worst game developers out there. They rarely, if ever, listen to the community, the game has looked the same since 2020, you had 3 good games in a row (19, 20, & 21) and now have had 3 TERRIBLE GAMES in a row, and Diamond Dynasty is the same st every year. The same cards, only one or two good new legends per year, and each year we hope and pray and expect for great new content, but it's just a*s each year. The last good games before 19 were fking 10 and 11!

They've literally changed DD every year since 22 but there's always someone regurgitating the the same nonsense every year.

Seriously I feel like people who think SDS is the worst have never played any EA sports game or NBA 2K

I'm someone who loves baseball. If there is an alternative that's better I'd play that.

Has 22, 23, or 24 ever been good. When's the last time they listened to the fanbase besides the sets and season? What good games came before 19? 25 bi\rings the same hype but it will find a way to disappoint once again.

Remember when everyone said CFB 25 was going to bring the death of MLB the Show… then it was released… and we all found out really quickly EA still sucks too?
SDS listens more to its player base each year than EA has in its entire history.
MLB the Show isn’t perfect, but when comparing the Apples and Oranges of SDS’s products to EA sports’, the SDS apples are light years ahead of EA’s oranges.

Honestly i think The Show is the only sports game where some of us wouldnt mind movie character cards. Id personally love a Ricky Vaughan or a Clue Heyward as long as they're free.
Meanwhile, 2K for the second year in a row, is charging people for WWE 2K celebrity pack DLCs. But yeah according to OP, SDS is the worst lol.

Fair point. Have Rulengruder come out of the pen, then maybe switch to Doc Windgate to mess with their timing

College Football was a huge letdown. HUGE. This from a guy who spent $$$ buying all the Athlons every year to do my own rosters from 2002 to about 2011.
I cannot get over how there wasn't more of an outcry about not being able to see how many OVR your players progressed during offseason training -- AND THEY NEVER PATCHED THAT. I just can't. It turned into nothing more than a recruiting META sim game.

Every year, there is going to be a game that kills MLB. Normally it is just the rotation of Madden and NBA 2K but last year CFB was added. Disgruntled players will always predict the death of the game that they are disgruntled with.
As for SDS listening, I would think that the year long power creep, the removal of sets and seasons, more flexible point allocations in RTTS actually prove that they do listen to some degree.
