Digital Deluxe Hidden Cards

Who do you think are the 2 hidden cards in the Digital Deluxe packs?
Manny and Roger or someone else?
-
I have seen the pictures but where is located on the show website? Please send the link
-
Not a chance.
The Deluxe Packs:
- 20th Annivarsary Choice Pack (cover cards)
- 1 Diamond Choice Pack (Season 3 Storyline players, I'm guessing)
- 5 Gold Choice Packs (blah)
Manny's probably the 'Collect All', while Roger is the 'Collect AL' reward. I'm sure they'll also have mid-level BR rewards for them at jump.

I guess it's possible. In 2021 and 2022, they had new Legends like Pedro/Hank/Randy featured in the first program/collection of the year with the 42 and Takashi series. These were only 88 overall cards, but it still allowed players to use decent versions of these new names right out of the gate which was cool. I'm pretty sure that the Digital Deluxe package included a choice pack both years.

Not sure you know what "right out of the gate" means. It means Day 1, not a month and a half after launch when you complete the program.
Yes, the Bonus versions had choice packs.
21 had the 42 Choice Pack (Pedro,Gibson,Aaron,Griffey Jr,Rivera,Mays,Ruth,Thomas,Ripken Jr,Robinson)
22 had both the Cover Choice Pack and the Anime Choice Pack (Utley,Mantle,Johnson,Henderson,Guerrero) -

So yes, on Day 1 of early access release I along with many others had 88 Pedro/Hank in 21 and then 88 Randy Johnson in 22.

I am really excited that they start it of with 85. That means live series matter early and we have a good power creep

Until people start complaining that there’s no 99s
-
That's the thing, people complain about the abundance of 99s and juiced cards, but then are the first to look at a lower diamond and say that the card sucks.
The 125 threshold that's become the standard over the last few years has desensitized a good portion of the player base which is understandable.

Those people are gonna complain no matter what. Ive always been a fan of the power creep because then we always have something to play for. In 23 when we had 97s and 99s from the start, people would complain on Twitter, Reddit and in here because every program didnt have cards better than what they already had.

When was Kershaw on the cover? Also the golds may be nice considering the power creep.

18 - Ruth was the star. Best available at launch was a Bronze 68 from a program.
19 - Mays. He was the Collect All. Outside of that, best launch card was an 87 in a Moments program. -

Somebody is always going to complain.
We will see how it goes but the slow creep, I think, will engage me less unless the content to get them is really great I am one who starts moving on from the game towards the end of the season. In the past I was always one who did not enjoy that all the cards I wanted use came out as I was moving on
It will also be interesting to see how that affects things like collections. This is the first year I have completed the live series collection and one or two of the season ones Before sets and seasons that always seemed like an impossible goal for me during the power creep years.

Even with 24 not having that one signature big name, they had new guys like Beltre/Sexson/Johan in the Hyper series available for free through preorder choice packs.

I can't wait for the first BR program with a 79 overall Manny rookie card from 1994.
Fun fact: Manny finished 2nd in the ROY voting to... Bob Hamelin (??????).

Wow, a baseball factoid I would never have guessed. Nice!!!!

Everyone should start with level 50 common cards!

That's what I'm here for.
Now I would like an Awards ROY legend card for Bob. Make it happen, SDS. I'll pony up the fee... Can't be THAT much, right?
Come to think of it, this could open up a whole new card series... "Footnote". Who beat out Manny for ROY? Footnote Series Bob.
Where did the term "Mendoza Line" come from? You guessed it.
I'm full of great ideas.

Great Idea!
2022 Jesus Tinoco (Gave up Judge #62)
2007 Ubaldo Jimenez (Gave up Bonds #762)
1974 Al Dowling (gave up Ruth #715)
1991 Jimmy Key (losing pitcher in Ryan's 7th No Hitter)
2004 Matt Bush (drafted #1 ahead of Verlander)
1991 Terry Pendleton (NL MVP over Bonds, Sandberg, Larkin)
1005 Marty Cordova (AL ROY over Pettite, Percival, Green, Durham, G Anderson) -
@SaveFarris_PSN 1981 Cy Young (Fernando Valenzuela over Tom Seaver). Seaver had one more win and five less losses than Fernando, and Tom's Cincinnati Reds had a better overall record than Fernando's Los Angeles Dodgers.
