The Show 25

This would of course be a very welcome addition, but before this was done, we need the Low A and High A teams added to the game, and frankly, that's a core part of MLB and MiLB baseball, which should fall within the contracts already signed with MLB. The only exceptions would be the independent minor league teams.
Fictional high school games would not be an issue. However, NCAA baseball teams would require licensing and I wonder if MLB would support that since right now SDS and MLB signed an exclusive contract where SDS agrees to promote MLB events and historic situations in the virtual gaming consoles.
A part of this would be to add the actual MiLB stadiums for AAA, AA, High A, and Low A teams.

Go for the whole enchilada and add both High A and Low A. The current Rookie Leagues are not organized and played out as competitive leagues, but instead are extensions of spring training. This would be a huge improvement to Franchise as well, since it would finally expand the GM controllable rosters to include all minor league and major league players.

I’m 59 and only started playing the Show since last years edition. Love baseball and since I was a teen I always played Strat-o-matic. I am terrible and my hitting doesn’t get better. My eyes are shot and if I played ranked I couldn’t compete. Still a lot of fun. I have a lot of video games but baseball is all I play.

@chucky97____PSN The idea of high school ball is actually in the Japanese spirits baseball game for the PS4. Do you start out as road to the show but as high school senior you play your last game with aluminum bats. The sound and hit quality sounds so authentic. It's different from what San Diego studios has. It just sounds so much better. But yeah, you play your high school senior year then you get drafted. Then you also have a girlfriend who wants to become your fiance and future wife so you have to juggle that with also playing and maintaining a successful minor league career and eventually getting called up to professional Japanese level baseball

@PriorFir4383355_XBL I think it's a little far-fetched with every single a AA and AAA level stadium. If you think there's about 30 stadiums for each level so that's going to be almost 120 new stadiums they would have to recreate plus minor league ones, even historic ones that's probably over 100 stadiums total

I play RTTS along with my franchise. To me I would like to see RTTS step up and make it more in depth about the player off the field. These hitting, fielding, pitching improvement session on off days get very boring, same old thing all season long.
First off i would add more of the player agent interaction. I have not had my agent show up since I was drafted and signed and I am in my 3rd season.
Second, I would like to see the team you were crafted by trade you away when you are in the minors a lot more. When in the majors, still trade you if there is a need to help the team you are playing for.
I would like to add the A ball league, even if it will be generic players with a mix of real players there. It is part of being a major league player, playing through the minor leagues. Maybe even if you are doing well, being called up while in AA as some do now these days. -
Get rid of storylines and put all that dev time into RTTS. I want a full story with cut scenes, a plot, some twists and turns, etc...
-
Franchise mode needs a lot of love. In 25 I'd like to see better stats (more in-depth) and lineups should always be fresh. In general I'd like to see better broadcasting. More in-depth analysis in broadcasting would be nice.

why include LLWS and then make College simulated???
-
@dogfishjones0_PSN I'd love to see better trade logic too!!!!!!!!

This will probably take multiple years and multiple games to implement, but here’s what I would like to see:
I would love to see a more in depth RTTS. High school and then being drafted out of high school and deciding to go pro or not would be great. If not a college option would be great. Also, including more levels of the minor leagues would be great. Since the path to the majors would take some time, having a lite mode to RTTS would be great for players that do not have time to grind or just want to be in the show and not spend much time in the minors. I would also like to see more off the field aspects as well that include cut scenes, endorsement deals, and more interaction with your agent to request trades. In addition, if you are a higher ranked prospect in your teams farm system, there should be a greater chance that you get traded if the big club is trading at the deadline. I would like to see other things as well such as endorsement deals that determine what equipment you can wear to a degree or maybe you get a discount to buy the equipment. I kinda think that equipment should be separate from the auction store in the show. I love how you can go to the next game of a series without returning to the clubhouse menu but I think a cool feature to implement along with that one is to switch uniforms without having to go back to the clubhouse menu as well.
In Franchise, I would like to see the ability to start a franchise mode in any era of baseball from 1900-present. Include historical rules, rosters and stadiums, uniforms, logos, schedules and draft classes as well as CPU logic. (I love NBA 2k’s eras mode, but the cpu logic of eras mode is just like the modern game you see today.) I would also love to see being able to drop a RTTS player into any era as well. Improve trade logic. Put all time teams and classic teams in the game as well in play now modes and franchise.
In team designer, allow us to design more than just a home and road uniform. Allow us to design 1 or two alternate uniforms as well. Also stadium designer needs a touch up to allow for different field designs and foul territory layouts as well as seating arrangements.
Since MLB is having teams go back to wearing their team’s Jerseys in the all-star game, make sure it is in the game as well. Before I had a console to play MLB the Show, I played MLB perfect inning on my phone. If a game on your phone back in 2015-16 can get players in their individual team uniforms, then a console game should have that feature as well.
Include multiple commentary teams and presentations. To be honest, I liked the MLB Network presentation and when it was gone, it was a bummer.
Also, this really isn’t a big deal, but not every game that is the last game of a regular season series is a day game. There are night games that are the last game of the series. Include minor details such as the fact that the cubs always usually play on Fridays and Saturdays at 1:20. It would be cool to see a Sunday Night baseball presentation for the game which could be an MLB Network presentation. It would also be cool to have a presentation for Saturday night games as well.
This might be a crazy idea, but maybe let people create custom game scenarios in the game by partnering with Out of the Park Baseball. I feel like that would be cool as well.

I’ve been saying they need to add a 3rd or 4th jersey to the game. Would also be nice to publish the teams in The Vault also for others to use in franchise or DD. Also would be nice to add more logos to the jerseys. Like small ones on the back of hats and neck on Jerseys and sleeves and pants. Would also be nice to have more numbers and last name fonts.
Would be nice to have different team jerseys for the all star games but, the mlb still wants people to buy the all star jerseys so the game will probably rock those to sell the jerseys.
I’d also like the ability to make and edit coaches in Franchise because some teams don’t have accurate coaches. If they won’t do it let us do it then please, or let us add fun custom coaches. Or even elevate a player to be a player coach. The commentators would have more lines to say that would make each game different and more dynamic. -
I would love to see high A and low A teams in the show. Also realistic trading. That you can trade 1 player against 3 players for example. Also trade player for cash or player in future
