1 Card in a pack as the rare round.They are making these names up right? I have never heard Tommy Edman be referred to as Eddie and as a 3rd baseman?
Lol .. not sure I've heard that knickname for Carl Edwards either, Stringbean Slinger? Maybe i guess, didn't really follow him that closely

I've never heard him referred to as "Eddie", but maybe it was during the weekend where players used their nicknames. I tuned out for that nonsense. He has played 94 games at third, mostly over his first two seasons, but it is a stretch to have that as his primary position.
SDS is embarrassing themselves with the return of these awful incognito cards. What's next, Godzilla?

Correct, Edman has NEVER been 'Eddie' and WHY is it Edman again, he had a S1 that could easily be a wildcard slot. SDS is so lame and lazy
Still looking for that upgraded Winn. He has been their most consistent player this year

I dont get the hate for incognito cards. They are fine. Far better than the recycled prospect slop we got with TA
Better than that hyper series they have been using.They are also releasing a fair amount of the rookie/all star/second half heroes cards as well which are even better.
Just killing time really until they start rolling out the all star cards. Hopefully number retirement makes a return this year too.

According to his Wikipedia :

I don't understand the hate fir nickname cards. It's a card . It's content . This is why legitimate complaints go unheard , because in a sea of bs complaints, real complaints get drowned out. But people are going to people I guess

It appears that they are not doing that this year so i am fine with them.

If they are basing most of these on player's weekend, which was in 2017-2019, will they work with Stanton?
That Edman is clearly 2019 at least when he was 3B primary -

This was the one thing I was wondering. Glad they aren't only searchable that way this time. That was really annoying.

They rarely do show the Season Awards drop pack in advance. They have only done it once or twice.
