Depends on the program. Team affinity no but London Series yes.

The wildcards also wont get progress in Season Awards programs for Season Award/Topps Now specific missions (they do specify season 2 cards) but for the general missions (HRs with a LF, XBH with a C etc) missions, season 1 card progress will count.
