Daily xp a joke

Hey crazy is it that after quad xp ends I only have time for one 9 inning game, low scoring at that plus one conquest game and I've capped my daily xp. Two freaking games and it doesn't reset until I have to report to work. Complete major fail on their part. Now I have to go play other games while hey sds has the potential to pull me away from this game. Excellent strategy San Diego studios, excellent strategy I must say.

@jayco294_PSN it's not hard bud. I've played 1 game and hit the XP cap before. Might not have actually hit it, but the game made sure I didn't get anymore gameplay XP. It's a trash system stop trying to defend it.

I think the point is that if you went hard before the XP event ended it does not reset and you end up hitting the cap super fast so then your pretty much done for the day. Also IF i am right I am pretty sure they fixed this like on first event they did or 2nd but since then they cannot seem to remove there own head from the rear on this issue.

I think the xp cap is a bad idea but this is beyond ridiculous.
The game is still 100% fully functional once you hit the cap. You can still progress TA, mini seasons, Ranked, BR, Events, etc without any penalty.

With no xp path then there would be no complaints about limited xp. It just reduces gameplay for part of the game base. If they cap your pay are you going to continue working without getting paid, I think not....but no way I reached the 60k xp goal....only played two nine inning game and a conquest or two then in the afternoon played another 9 inning and conquest and I was capped. Should just reset once extended xp ended. Common sense dictates

I'm ok with the daily caps. I'm ok with the power creep. I'm ok with seasons for the most part. What I'm not ok with is having all of those WITH the neutered XP. I'm not asking for triple XP or anything...just a regular amount of XP like every other year. Want to feel like I'm accomplishing something sometimes too, I still play because I enjoy the game. But the current set up just doesn't feel like it's worth grinding. Even though I want the Halladay cards BAD

I just want to see the in-game XP back to previous years levels...that's it. No reason for it to have been slashed as much as it was.

If we are being honest we all know the XP is just like set resets. It's to "keep things fresh" or "help other players early on". This is a fancy way of saying they don't want people grinding through the minimal content of the game in just a couple days or in some cases hours.
If the game had enough content you wouldn't need to put caps. People are going to grind regardless. All it does is discourage people from playing for extended periods of time. It's a throttle. That's it. -

That's it.No, the XP is to feed on people's FOMO. The amount of people that hit daily caps with any regularity is tiny compared to the player base. Its all the people towards the end of last season sitting at 900K xp...must keep playing to get Jimmy!

It’s because your xp doesn’t reset after the cap is reimplemented, last time it got reset I got the cap after 1 inning of a ranked game.
