It's not a coincidence that 18 was the first year that the 100 threshold for attributes was broken. Resulting in bad game play that took awhile to get right. 17 played great, but had too much online grinding for programs, but way better than this buy packs [censored].

My first year to play DD was '21 and that is by far my favorite content-wise. I know people say programs were "too easy' and they gave everything out for free, but I don't care. It was fun and it made me want to play the game. I thought it had gameplay issues, but looking back it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought.
During these four years, I have played DD, '24 is the worst and it isn't even close. The content is terrible and the foul ball issues mixed with "pitcher confidence" make gameplay unbearable. For me, this is the complete opposite of '21 in that basically nothing makes me want to play DD.

I legit am done with MLB 24. Not only as we've discussed the Content is trash. The gameplay is horrible. I just lost AGAIN to a guy i was beating all game long. Tied in the 10th i didn't get 1 foul ball. My opponent had double digit fouls in the 10th and won with a blooper up the middle.
I have a 6.5 ERA this season. pitching used to be my strong suit. now i can't beat anyone. I am down to 803 and can't win anymore. I would say ill play something else in MLB 24, too bad there is nothing else to do.
SDS do us all a favor, drop the MLB license and let someone else try. You guys ruined the good name you build in the PS3 days.

@Cordzilla99 I would legit start a GO FUND ME for SDS to drop the MLB license and give it to another studio. They've turned my favorite gaming franchise into a joke.

22 was the last game I really truly enjoyed and didn't feel left behind because I couldn't grind all day/to the cap every day. 23 as well but to a much lesser extent

I am really tired of Ranked bros. I have played 5 ranked games today. I am 3-2, started the day at 823 and right now i am at 839. I REALLY hope they change ranked next year. Its so boring to be stuck on a ladder I can never climb.

Yes 22 for obvious reasons of no sets or seasons for me. Game has gone to hell ever since.

Maybe that's just your level? Sorry. Not everyone can hit 900 every season, and it sounds pretty logical to hit your level and hover there.

Whelp, that sucks. Good luck then. I won't say, "That's baseball," because it's a video game, and for me it's always been something close to a line-drive out simulator with. But everyone is in fact playing with the same broken game, so...

Yea bro its like they try to keep my opponent in the game just because he bought the game better yet my opponents hitting it out the park on bad contact and good swings but when I get good contact on good swings I’m lining out I’m done with it it’s deleted

it sucks how sds is truly trying to go the nba2k route, I wouldn't be surprised if they initiate a battle pass next year. that's the main reason why we have sets and seasons now, to gradually move to the battle pass.
