    @suzypuff14 that is what I am afraid of. Pisses me off because I bought 2 of the $99.99/150k packs less than an hour before this [censored] started. NOW they want to ignore me!

    Mine was "linked" again after I made sure it was unlinked this morning. STILL 0 stubs even though I bought 300k less than an hour before this [censored] started!

    At least admit your [censored] up, answer the [censored] ticket, AND EITHER FIND A WAY WE CAN AGREE ON TO CORRECT THE ISSUE OR REFUND MY MONEY!

    @Victor_SDS Days later and I still don’t have anything back. Emailed support, filled out a request, haven’t even heard back. Not even getting my double daily rewards anymore.

    I can see my account but when i press confirm it says error platforms exclusivity. And this is really annoying I've submitted multiple tickets and nothing still.

    We are still in process of collecting and restoring some accounts, and you may see it restored before you hear back.

    For those who have submitted a support ticket: You are not being ignored if you haven't received a response. I understand this is an incredibly frustrating time, and we are working as best we can to get to everyone, but sending multiple tickets won't speed up the process. Sending derogatory messages to the support team, or anyone else, won't speed it up either.

    I'm currently not sure about the exclusivity errors - assuming you aren't trying to link it to a different account of course, though I know others have reported it. I will try to find out more about it.

    To clarify, you had your progress restored first and then you tried to re-link?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Your progress is not gone, it's just currently inaccessible unfortunately.

    It is frustrating to see that it's still a lingering issue for some in our community. We are working to get it back to you and others as soon as we can.

    @Victor_SDS mine's giving the same error, it will not let me link it to any account let alone the correct one. I never had my progress back. I was playing when this happened, it took me immediately back to the day one tutorial to create a new team. I backed out waited a little bit got on the MLB The show forum and then I followed the instructions set forth and have not progressed at all since then. No current accounts of mine are linked, and when I try to link and pick the correct one it gives the exclusivity error, and then I've even tried linking the other ones and it gives the same error
