Nintendo Switch Link Not Working

My switch-companion app still not working, thank you for posting, helps me know it’s not just me! Please share if/when it starts to work for you or if the team gives any new support

Same issue for me with the app and Switch. Used it all year for 23 and it only stopped working after the 24 update. My switch acct is linked to my show acct, etc. no reason it shouldn’t work

Still not working for me even after support told me it was an error on my end. Anyone with luck

It is on their end because all this started when the update came out and I got a response yesterday saying that they were working on it , they really just need to fix it

@sbchamps17 I heard from support this morning with the usual “make sure your account is linked.” I followed by letting them know we have a forum topic on the issue and he asked for the link here. Hopefully it’s fixed soon.

this is such a frustrating problem, and i feel like the same thing happened last year with the companion app.

Well hopefully they can fix it fast, I get the new game on Tuesday so hopefully by then but also hopefully tonight or tomorrow considering I’m still playing the other game and find it easier to sell cards on there

Fun early access bug. If everyone is having this issue I feel better just sitting tight. It’ll get sorted once they figure out whatever is causing the disconnect between TSN and Nintendo.

@rbog0 yup still down for me, been trying every so often. I assume they aren’t pushing anything they don’t deem critical over the weekend. Working more on all their server issues with the game itself and fulfilling preorder packs that are missing.

So they dropped an update for the game but nothing for the app that all us switch players can’t get into. They need to stop blaming us when it’s clearly on their end

What's odd is the app is giving me market transaction notifications when I sell cards on the market via the game on Switch...but when I go in and try to log in to the app, it still doesn't work. Is that a little bit of progress?

They apparently dropped an update for the app but it doesn’t show up so when are you going to make it so we can update the app and get back to using it
