“Your connection to The Show Online has been lost” is what I’ve been getting, happens when I attempt to log in and/or enter DD - PS5

Same for XBOX , "Your connection to The Show Online has been lost". Show 21.

@Victor_SDS The two previous replies duplicate what I am experiencing as well. I am on xbox series X and this started the same day as the switch server issue (October 11)
I have tried reinstalling the digital version as well as installing from my friends physical disc version.
The message appears as soon as you press any button to continue from the splash screen.
NETWORK ERROR - Your connection to the show online has been lost.

On XBOX I'm showing file version 1.0.0.95. I saw a Dev post that a update was coming out file 1.0.160, Any status on file update..Thanks.

We are currently still investigating.
On our end, player activity on MLB The Show 21 servers looks relatively normal, and many users are able to connect to the servers.
Could you please provide your Xbox/PSN ID so we can look into this further?

I'm having the same issues as well on PS5. This is ridiculous that we haven't been able to go online for three weeks

@Victor_SDS Victor, it has now been 5 days since gamertag/player ID's were requested, and information was given and neither you or @CBrev47 have replied or given an update.
It is now over three weeks since some of us on both Xbox Series s/x and PS5 platforms have been unable to access The Show 21 servers, with no information from SDS despite numerous forum posts, reddit posts, facebook posts, emails, direct fourm chats and support tickets.
Please provide an update or information of some sort. I am seriously considering filing class action status...not because I want to...but because it seems to be the only way to possibly get a response or information or interest in getting this issue looked into or resolved. I'm sorry...but "the servers are up and we see people playing" does not constitute troubleshooting when using a closed platform like a console.
I will even make myself available to assist with troubleshooting real time if desired.

On a whim, I tried changing DNS servers in my internet setup from cloudflare (1.1.1.1) to google (8.8.8.8) and it had no effect. I really don't know what else I can try from my end.
I an nto having any access issues with any websites, the internet, the Xbox network, or any other online games. The Show 21 is the only one.

Yep. This is the only one I am having issues with.

I was able to fix my issue with The Show 21 on XBox Series X by deleting the system reserved file, uninstalling the game and then reinstalling the game. I lost my settings and slider configurations in the process, however.
