I mean, I still don't know if I want to purchase 'The Crew: Motorfest' rn after playing the 5-hour trial.I bought it without the free period but I was a fan of the first two games. This one is very Forza Horizon like but still fun.
As for the OP question.. I never commit until I have seen the pre release streams and videos showing what is new. Unless March/April has a bunch of releases I will probably get it though. I always seem to anyway.

Thanks.I don’t think it matters. When they stopped supporting the PS3 and only had the PS4 they didn’t have any significant change.

To be fair they've been doing better than Madden and NBA 2K lately so there isn't a high bar to live up to on the yearly sport video game franchises.

I am not one to complain but not happy with the show overall but even worse is Madden this year

I was looking at some user scores for Madden on Metacritic. The game averaged 1.5 where the show averaged 7.1 if you guys are wondering.

NCAA football is scheduled to release in July next year. So SDS can keep putting out a subpar product, they will lose the community before madden comes out in august. Also so many games are being released people don’t care about the game.

Being made by EA so don’t hold your breath on quality and just how many real players will be in the game since the rumor is they only offered $500 to them.

Doesn’t really matter, EA said players won’t be in the game if they aren’t in agreement. So I don’t care, it’s college football and it’s been too long without a game

That is College Football this is MLB. They dont compete lol. If someone wants to play Baseball they will play this. If they want to play College football they will play that. I will play both.

Add the super tiny map, and I don't know how much more they can add. All of it is on Oahu so far. As of right now, I feel like it's a waste of money.

I miss the USA map from the first 2. I'm still on the fence. I pre-ordered the new WRC, so I'll finish my last 2 hours of the trial, then decide. I really want to wait for a sale, though.

That is College Football this is MLB. They dont compete lol. If someone wants to play Baseball they will play this. If they want to play College football they will play that. I will play both.
Even for the casuals who stop playing in July they still paid for the game in March. Assuming EA won’t mess up NCAA football like they destroyed NFL football and with only some of the real players mind you since he said they’ll just make it without all the real players.

Short answer is yes
Long answer is that MLB is my game its what I play, I don't need to follow for story or keep up with things I can just long on and play either via switch or Xbox.
Has there been things about this year's game that has not pleased me, absolutely (snapshot series) but there has been others that I loved (themed mini seasons)
Overall I'll buy my switch version and presumably get my Xbox version via gamepass.

True. The USA map was the greatest. Especially in the first 'Crew.' The cities were more detailed. The real life Monuments, plus a few real MLB stadiums were in it!! I still play it on PS5 sometimes to drive around and relieve stress!
Hawaii is a place I want to chill, not race, lol.
I may still get Motorfest, though. -

I may still get Motorfest, though.I wish I waited for a sale. $120 is way too much for Motorfest. Ubisoft is usually better than most, but AC Mirage is looking better than this and I didn't care for Basim in AC Valhalla.

you can always download the rosters like back in the day, wont matter to many, college football games never let down, mlb 24 needs to step up.
