This Friday is it for roster update or just attribute update ? Or both ?

I believe its the big mid season update, which includes rosters, as well as fielding upgrades, and stuff for the game overall

If you just go to theshow.com (which is linked in the upper left here) there is a schedule on the front page at all times.
