Scouting Report Packs

I got an e-mail saying I should have a Scouting Report pack in my inventory but I haven’t got any all year. Anyone know why I’m not getting these packs?? I got them last year.

I recommend putting in a bug report.

There wasn’t anything good in mine. It has a guaranteed diamond item, but that’s all.

I got the e-mail but no pack.
Double checked my account and it shows that I am signed up.I am not really sweating it though. I never pull anything good.

My diamond item this time was a bat that was going for 1k quicksell but last month pulled the Mookie live series which was going for 160k at the time so I can't complain. The one and only time I ever pulled any diamond going for more than quicksell in any type of free scouting report or twitch drop pack.

Same situation for me and my son (both accounts). Submitted a ticket but not holding out hope. Not sure how you screw up an email list and as you said I even got the email this time yet no pack. Clowns

Do you have two accounts? The account name in the post received and opened packs for April, May, June and July this year.

Are your privacy settings on the console on or off? It is in Privacy settings under Data You Provide.

I’ m having the same issue this year. I received my packs last year, but I haven’t received a single pack this year even though it says I’m subscribed to the newsletter on The Show’s website.

Yeah, same here. I have always gotten them in the past. Got them last year and nothing has changed. Same console (and I only play on the PS5), same account, did not link or unlink any accounts. My Account page shows me signed up and has the proper e-mail address.
I got the e-mail yesterday, although that was the first e-mail this year regarding Scouting Report packs. But no pack showed up.
