If I remember last year the card packs dropped pretty late, especially for those in the eastern time zones.

I gambled with the 15k pack, got base round and took Rutschman, he will do until I get the 99

I hear that. I can wait to get him. I love Robert and Julio, so I'm glad to have them added to the squad. Fantastic bench or DH options.

I did and it worked. Just landed Vlad and sold for 128k

Haha congrats, and good thinking. With those cards going to be in programs and cobquest maps going forward the price will eventually cone down. I hot everything except Vlad and Arozarena.
The Julio Rodriguez card actually looks quite good

I’m personally not a fan of the home run derby cards. They always reduce their defense and speed attributes. It really doesn’t matter for a guy like Vlad who plays first base but the outfielders are a liability.

I have Arozarena and Mookie in my league so was hoping for a final between them. Stoked on the Arozarena card for sure. I guess they have to mute defense a bit because the power numbers are off the charts. Not bad for a DH and guys like Julio, Robert and Arozarena have the speed to compensate. Corner OF

Finally got a Rare round. Took Arozarena and sold for 86,501, more than Vlad Jr. Sell price is dropping.

I like this one discount pack idea for the new packs, I let the dice roll for 10 or 15 as you do really lose or the loss is minimal.

Yeah, this a good idea. Worst you can do is lose 5k .

PS: If you're buying his jersey, go ahead and get the black alt version. He wore the purple alt every time he pitched this year so there's no reason to assume when he gets called up, he'll opt to choose the White or Gold whenever his turn in the rotation comes up.

It's worth the risk in this case for 15K, but I'm 0fer almost everything in packs this year. 1 lone Harper from a Conquest DD pack what seems like long, long ago. Other than that, hundreds of nothing, lol. But, I'm not sinking money into anything. Just the free packs or, in this case, the cheap packs where it's close to break even. No way in Hades I'd drop 50K on one of these or other choice packs with my luck.
