Anyone love the new Chipper Set 1 Card, or Babe Ruth or Pedro Martinez? Well July 7th, you cannot use those in pretty much anything that gets you rewards. Check out The Shows new post if you don’t believe me:
Rule Change for Diamond Dynasty Season 3
This feels like a hand out for those who don’t grind out the programs and complain when they can’t compete online. All I know is this is a backwards mindset and if not corrected, Madden 24 is out soon. Sad if one of the hands down best videos games for the last decade now starts to lose diehard everyday players to “even” the playing field for fare weathered fans.
The way sets and seasons works has been known since before the game was released. They spelled it out in pre-release video streams. It was discussed a lot here on this forum.

This was well known before the game even came out for sale. Have fun playing Madden which will no doubt be worse than 23, the worst Madden of all time.

According to SDS Set 1 cards will not earn points towards Team Affinity 3. It is season restricted.

I'm aware. I'm done with mindless grinding this year. Just playing in Leagues where I can use who I want.
And I wasn't referring to using Set 1 cards for Set 3 points. I was saying TA1 and TA2 grinds were mindless and I'm not going to do that anymore.
