When opening packs u look and see for a diamond card and if you get one, you profile it, it opens, and smoke everywhere to only get 85 or 87 card that walks out of the smoke. With all the 97, 99 cards that are easily accessible, the thrill of getting a diamond card in a pack has been taken from us. Sad days SDS isnt fun anymore. I have gotten 4 diamonds in packs. Havent used 1 of them becasue of the other 97 plus cards that you can get.

99s day one isn't hurting the game from what I can tell. I think people get too caught up on overall ratings. A lot of cards play better (or worse) than their rating.
However, the "re-grind 99" is hurting. People are having to do things over because progress isn't saving or is lost and rewards aren't being given. People having to re-do stuff they've already done in their limited time will be what undermines the game this year.

Pulling non-gatekeeper live series diamonds hasn't been exciting in like 5 years. The only reason the gatekeepers are exciting is because of their stub value

I pulled trout this morning for the first time (started playing in 21). I have to say that was pretty fun, although of course I pull him when is value is only 170,000. But hey, still cool.

Yeah that would be cool. Getting a diamond in a pack overall is just not that good anymore because of the 97,99 cards all over the place.

I agree for the most part. It’s nice to get them for the ls collection but, unless I’m grinding a TA mini season they never see the field.

I've enjoyed every diamond pull I've gotten... obviously pulling Darvish, Nen, and McCovey were more exciting but I love how they differentiate the different diamond pulls with Purple, Blue and Gold... I believe those are the three "lights" you get at the start of the animation.

Usually by May, the low diamond LS cards had already lost their luster. People would still use 90+ LS cards at this stage, but I don’t remember ever being ecstatic about an 85-89 LS diamond after about the first 3 weeks of the game cycle.

Yeah, pulling a low diamond is only exciting for the first few days when you have nothing. Now, I enjoy 5K stubs as much as the next person but yeah, it’s not exciting. But pulling a gatekeeper. That’s always fun.

It’s worth noting some people don’t life the game, so the cards you get excited about in the first 2 weeks are somebody’s second or third Diamond all year but after two months. We get it, you finished the collection in 5 days, most people don’t and the packs in this game are extremely boring all year. I’d be down for a open all at once and get it over with feature lol

Packs have been horrible for me. BIAH packs are just gold cards. Even Chase packs have been Gold cards or 85 diamonds. It seems far worse than last year.
