Initially i thought Mookie Betts could drop but just his last two games will save him from dropping. I think there is a good chance that Arenado may and Acuna moving up to a 90 and taking his spot.
Betts is only hitting .250. I was hoping he would drop as well.

The only two live series cards I have left are Goldy and Arenado. I’m banking on Arenado dropping, he’s been pretty bad so far. Goldy is my next target

I’m holding off until the next roster update to complete the LS collection. I see Arenado has started out bad this year so maybe he’ll drop to an 89, I’m only missing him and Mookie.
Honestly, even as a Cardinals fan I think that he deserves to get dropped. They still have 90 Goldschmidt as a Gatekeeper.
Cards as a team need to drop 2 points with their play this year

Hoping he does. I just finished the AL this week and am missing all of the 90+ NL diamonds (Mookie, Verlander, Diaz, Goldy, Arenado). Scherzer going down was great even if it did boost Diaz. Need Arenado to do the same.

His price is already dropping. He was always a little more expensive than Goldy and that is no longer the case. The downside is that I think it caused Goldy's price to shoot up some.

Just wait until Arenado actually does drop, then Goldy will really shoot up. I plan on buying him before the next roster update for that reason. I may even try to buy him before tomorrow in case a stub sale drops.

I’m stocked up on Nico Hoerners and Ozzie Albies. I may end up quick selling all of them to buy Goldy. I’m sure they’ll be upgraded at the next roster update, but I can take that hit if I need to.

Haha, I actually have a soft spot for the Brewers because who doesn’t love Bob Uecker? Plus, I appreciate the way they play ball. No huge stars other than maybe Corbin Burnes. But pitching, defense, timely hitting, great BP… they are the Rays of the NL. Wish the Cards would take their cue this year.

Yeah, he had another 0-4 day but geez man, it's hard to fault him too much when their starting pitching is so [censored] bad. I knew the pitching staff was suspect but never expected them to be this bad. Our pitching has let our offense down far more than the offense has let the pitching down.
Flaherty is killing any free agent value he may have had. 10 runs in 2.1 innings.

Yeah, definitely a high floor/low ceiling model. You see the pros and cons from year to year; they're just unable to produce crops of prospects in a timely fashion. They had the hitting 15 years ago, now the pitching. I hope Stearns leaving isn't going to make too much of an impact, but the Contreras trade so far looks like genius. This is the year to make a move with the Cards flailing and the Burnes situation coming to a head soon... Then again, going through Atlanta, SD, LA, NYM, ugh...
