Only Way To Score

There's one way to score and one way to score only. 80-90% of runs come from home runs. Half of my games every single run is from a homer. It just gets old and boring. I highly doubt this would ever change, I don't think there has ever been an MLB TS game that was any different. Just kinda stinks every game is a glorified home run derby and theres never been any other way that the game plays. Oh well

Only one way to score. Yet 80-90% of runs scored are home runs. Then half of your games every single run is a home run.
Maybe you should put the controller down and pick up a Gen Math book.

It's posts like these that make it harder for SDS to make adjustments cause they see people like me saying hitting needs to be tweaked a little then your like something else all together. However would be nice if you specified in what mode this is happening cause in online play this would not surprise me BUT I am finding with grinding on conquest not so much.

Cognitively, this comment of yours would be categorized as “concrete thinking”. However, just for giggles, in OP’s original statement, it is statistically conceivable for 80-90% of runs to be homers and then for every single run to be scored by a home run in half of the games.
Don’t be an a-hole for absolutely no reason at all. I know that this is a norm online, but you don’t have to mindlessly follow.

Same for me in ranked. The vision cone update did reduce foul balls but because of the broken pinpoint pitching system and the pitching in general being more unforgiving than ever the game balance is off.

I'm seeing the opposite. I feel like I'm hitting way more singles and doubles this year, even with the 97-99 cards. Both online and offline. Just one guy's opinion though. Your mileage may vary.

Same here... Most of my runs are off strung together hits with an occasional homerun. But it does seem that my opponents hit lots of homerun's.
I normally Pitch well so that has been frustrating. I think the lack of a solid staff with pitches i prefer is the main culprit. I see fewer "unrealistic home runs" so that's been refreshing, most I've given up were hung pitches or something they sat on. Im doing awful so far, but i blame myself for trying to play drunk lol.
