Yes the “MLB The Show 23 Companion App” is not appearing on the IOS App Store.

Unbelievable, it’s been like this since early launch. I thought for sure by the 28th but no. In addition last names have not been expanded, so basically RTTS is irrelevant. Just play 2019-2021.

I am getting to the point where I wonder if they couldn’t figure out “face scan” on iOS, so they haven’t even submitted the app at all to the Apple App Store. Just seems like it would make way too much sense to give us access to the rest of the app that is working. A clear update from SDS would also be great and I was hopeful that communication would be improved this year, but we are back to square one with communication.

It's almost guaranteed that Apple hasn't pushed the update through. Apple's approval process is much stricter than the google play store

I completely agree and have felt that way for the past four days, but this does seem even slow for Apple. Also the one message they posted about this was a little unclear because they referenced working to get face scan working.

Spend 100$ to preorder the game, wait up until midnight for release just to find out that your preorder packs and stubs aren’t there and that you have to spend more money on stubs to get your preorder stuff to show up and now we’re on day 5 of the game being released and the app still isn’t updated. I feel ripped off to be completely honest

Just curious if this is true or just an opinion based on some last name you want being missing?
Has anyone fired up both versions and compared the actual number of last name choices between the versions?

My last name was not available in '22. It is now available in '23. So they have added last names. Not sure how many, but they have added some.
