Have they said whether custom leagues are in 23? Haven’t noticed, but could’ve just missed it. If they have said it’s still in where was it confirmed? Thanks!

Rosters from the vault last year leagues were limited to default rosters

i wouldn't count on any changes to custom leagues. probably going to just be copy paste from last year.

The custom leagues are exactly the same as as last year and the year before. The pitcher Stat glitch is still there.
No draft and still only 8 teams in playoffs.
No flags or wind again.
